I'm already registered with TPS so the 3/4 calls a day [ all silent] from this mob shouldn't be happening. On contacting BT I learn there's a companion service {Silent Callgard 0844 372 2325} linked from the TPS webpage which may help stop computer generated silent calls - these being a current loophole to TPS's area of influence. I've now also registered with that tosee if it helps. If not then next stop BT & The Information Commisioner for official action.

These folks are a nuisance they call me all the time and I don't want anything to do with there products

Homeserve...just wont take NO for an answer...rude people. I registered with TPS some month's ago but it dosent stop them calling. Tried to re-register with them (TPS) again today just incase you have to update it but it just told me I'm already registered.

This number had called my home several time while I was away activating the answerphone but leaving no message each time. We are subscribrd to the TPS and so I believe this sort of moronic pestering is an offence. I will comment/report further if I am able to bring an action against these parasites

This number has been calling now for the last two weeks at least twice a day and its even late in the evening, they ring and they don't leave a message on my answering machine I will not answer fed up with them I'm a member of the TPS but it does not stop them calling.

Calls received 3 - 4 times a day for the past couple of weeks but don't both answering as I've got caller display!

These people call me frequently, and I let my modem/answer phone deal with them. The most interesting escaped came today, at 11.44, when my modem began to emit the sort of noise that I associate with dial up networking, data or fax transfer. The software found nothing in my modem's memory, so today's attempt to annoy me has apparently failed.

Wish this company would take the hint! Dealt with them in the past, now they call me all the time = harassment!

I shall try "Right to refuse" from BT. Should stop these calls.
I have used "Naboo's" letter return in the past with the addition of a quantity of silver or gold cake decoration powder. I don't know if it does anything but it's fun!

How can I block this number I have had at least 20 calls a day for the past 2 weeks, thank goodness for caller display.  Its getting annoying now!!

i have just recently started getting calls from this number, i have only had a landline installed for a couple of weeks!!!! when i call back it just says they are from homeserve and will ring again, i don't know how they got my number and i'm certain i've got no products with them so don't understand why they would start calling me. they call late at night as well which i can't believe, i told them if they  called again i would have them for harrassment and they gave up pretty sharpish!!!

I get a silent phone call from these guys almost every day. Have started to repeatedly tap one of the number keys to annoy them until they hang up. Can't understand why they call and don't speak given that it's a legit company not a random prankster/pervert.

I began receiving approx 12-15 calls per week.I emailed homeserve ( http://www.homeserve.com/contact/email),to ask them to remove my contact details from their database as I did not wish to purchase their products.They replied to my email within the hour asking for my postcode and house number which I did. I received a telephone call (again within an hour) to apologise and confirm they had removed my details.I have not received any calls since.

this is TMC after persons information on you, they say they have you on their data base and ask question they should know.  when i asked they a qyestion they should know they could not tell me and put the phone down

If you need HomeServe to stop calling, call the call centre and ask them to removed you from mail and telesales. Make sure they send an e mail to outbound ops too to remove you from the dialler system. Most of the employees do not have e mail so will ask a manager to do so. Hope this helps.

i kep getting a call from this number they've called about five times they keep asking for the same person.  i tell them nobody by that name lives here.
but the number is 01922 4200574, don't know if this is the same as homeserve

Had a call from them this morning i answered them there was silent then they hung up . The area code 01922 is Walsall code . Homeserve insurance company headquarters is based in Walsall and i used to have a couple of policies with them , but i never gave them my phone number and i have changed my mobile number since i cancelled the policies .
