BT are getting told they are losing this customer since they cannot deal with nuisance callers effectively.

Unlucky BT.

they told me they were from severn trent...i told them i was busy...the line the called me from was a bad one i could here my own voice echoing.

Repeated unwanted calls from this number

Most calls are silent on answer. Last one barely was barely intelligable, get 4 calls a day. Bloke said he would take me off the list only if I took the survey!!

Am getting numerous calls per day to this number.. Complete joke

I have told you many time to stop cold calling my number - I am not interested!

Irritating - ring several times a day, but always silence before they speak to you. theychouldn't be calling as we are registered with the TPS.

I got this too, just last week. At first when I heard it, I couldn't make out where they said they were from and just put it down to an online shop that I had just brought something from and have just returned so I thought maybe it was that. And then I have been getting quite a few calls from them.
It's very annoying. Did you email them and did they reply?

4 times a day 6 days a week.  Bloody  nuisance.  Never answer it, so can't confirm who they are or who they might pretend to be.

This number called me today claiming to be from Santander.

just missed a call rang it homeserve. Dunno why I'd be getting a call from them but just updated my phone number with eon earlier tonight.

I note that this is a commercial number for a firm "homeserve" and therefore presumably for cold calling purposes.
I have subscribed to the telephone preference service to eliminate such calls.
Please register my annoyance.

They called today and asked for me by name.Then a wall of sience. We are TPS so it shouldn't be happening.

They called me today on my mobile I would love to know where they got that from though as I try not to give it out for reasons like this.

I'm confused. I had a call from these people 3 hours ago and the guy on the phone said he was from Santander (who I have a bank account and mortgage with). He said he needed to ask some security questions, and proceeded to ask for the first line of my address and postcode. When I gave him my address he said "We have a different address listed here" and went on to give the address of my second home. I confirmed that I was the owner, and he then said "No worries, it's just a courtesy call" and hung up!

I've since phoned the number back and I get an automated message saying that I had missed a call from Homeserve.

I have no idea why the guy on the phone said he was Santander but I am very suspicious now.

They ring me several times a day. Never had any dealings with them. I am on TPS. They started saying that they have a message for someone who has never lived here (I have 200 years of records to prove this!). To save my time, I say have started replying, "I'll just get him". I then put the cordless phone in he dog's basket. Fido has never felt so popular.

I keep getting these clowns on the phone saying they are Santander when they are actually Homeserve. They have been abusive and start asking about bank details etc. I tell them I only discuss this within the bank and they get nasty on the phone.

I have just emailed the following people, a list of which is printed on another website not sure if they are all legit emails but will see if any/ all bounce, so far only 1 which I have deleted from the list below as it says she has left the company.

and told them they will keep getting emails from me every time they contact me. I await their response.

They keep calling about 5 to 9 times during the day. I even answer and let the guy keep talking while I leave the room , when I come back they hang up but yet they still call. Why don't they take the hint not interested.
