This is the best phone call Ive ever had - it just saved me £500 on my home insurance

Sick of calls from this number.  Who the hell are they????

They repeatedly phone my home - three times today. When we pick up there is nobody on the line or they hang up straight away. Now I have found out who they are, there is no possibility of my doing business with them; ever!

this number has phoned me 4-5 times a day for about 6 months.
It's driving me insane with anger but what can I do?
When I have answered, there's been no-one there!!

This number keeps on calling me over and over - at work and home as late as 9/10pm and at least 3/4 times a day. I never get to speak to them and have tried to call them back a number of times but it is an automatic message. Having read other people's comments I will now ignore the number.

This is really annoying when I am in meeting and I have ended a few important calls just to end this cycle but they have rang off in the meantime! Not helpful.  

I would like this to stop - surely it is illegal and where did they get my telephone number from, who is sharing my information!! Surely there is a case for breach of the Data Protection Act here that needs to be investigated?

Called me twice today within half an hour.  When I answer caller hangs up.  This has happened several time recently from that number.

this lot have rung me twice in 2 days trying to sell me something on the second call I answered they asked a question and when I answered they hung up on me, pig ignorant, when I tryed to make a complaint quess what coud.nt get through to them working on behalf on     United Utilities!!!! will put on hold in future

This number has been calling me for quite a few weeks now, it rings and they let the ansaphone kick in so then my ansaphone flashes to say I have messages very annoying.  Just had a call tonight I actually answered it and I get the silence treatment.  Exdirectory means nothing, wish they would go away.

Received a phone call this morning which my wife answered.  Said they were from Santander and asked to speak to me.  Wouldn't speak to my wife.  I wasn't available but called back the number this afternoon to find that it was a comapany called HomeServe.  Obviously they will do anything to try and get you on the phone so not a company I will ever be dealing with.

constantley ringing me ,but i do not answer bit that does not stop them ,why is some one in charge not doing anything about it as it is very annoying to me and distressing to elderly people,if if was young kids they would get an a.s.b.o.,why does the authorties not give them one and make them pay £50.00 to every one they have rung for the inconvience,i bet they will put their house in order then.

These toss pots ring me two or three times a day...when I answer noone speaks....its very annoying...I tried to ring them back but it says there's a fault....

To those who this company are constantly calling and thus invading your privacy, time and space and wish to know more. Read this below.

As many of you know the company is Homeserve of Walsall. They constantly hassle you, annoy you and persist in making a niusance to you with their constant calls.

Here are details of their senior executives responsible for their policy of hassling,annoying, and being such a parasitic nuisance to you.

Try to trace their addresses and phone numbers of their homes - and give them a taste of what they impose upon you. Make those calls in the evening, late at night, in the early hours ie a taste of their own medicine.

As everyone else, multiple calls all day everyday. I made a formal complaint and recieved a letter saying i was taken off the list and no more calls would be made. However guess what? They did not stop, so i called the 'Executive', only to be giver the run around. Eventually after half an hour on hold today someone has promised to remove my details. I will give him 24hrs to make the calls stop. Ihave his personal phone number and will publish his name and number at Homeserve if anyone wishes it

Just found out some first class info.

Silent calls are delt with by OFCOM. If OFCOM get enough complaints they will investigate and can fine them.

Silent calls happen when a machine which has everyones number on their system and calls them. If the machine calls more numbers then there are people to take them in the call centre then theres your silent call.

If you ask the company, in this case Homeserve, and you keep getting the calls then they are breaking the law and the The Information Commissioner’s Office  need to know and can take action. Hope this helps.

If you ask them to remove tyour number they have to by law. if they dont, report them to Ofcom or ICO, see above.

I am being constantly called by this company - at least 3 times a day and they have now even started calling at the weekend.  I answered it the first time and told them I was in a meeting, saved the call number, so now I never answer the call.  Its very annoying though!
