What a great site... had a missed call from this number, thought I would find out who it was before calling back. Obviously not going to call back now! Thansk Whocallsme.

They are a telcommunications company who have a database of people's connection dates.  I called the network we have our contract with and they advised that they no longer do business with them.  We ran a credit check on their company and it's not the kind of business I'll be doing business with.

Just called saying they've spoken to us before about our mobile phones, which they haven't! Wouldn't tell me how they got my details so I told them my phone contract doesn't expire until June next year! I always look here first as i get so many cold calls it does my head in!

These people are a nuisance. My solution is to get back at them. Whenever I receive a call asking to speak to a specific person, or whoever is in charge of mobile phones/electricity accounts/water coolers/etc, I say "Hang on, I'll see if they're available." Then I put the phone on speaker and mute. The game is to see who hangs on for longest. Have fun!!!

Was called, answered and they hung up.  Called them back they asked 'is this about a missed call?' I said this is a business line can you not call me again, they replied 'I suppose so' and hung up.

Hung up when I picked it up - I am listed on the TPS and have been for the last 4 years. Complaint sent!

2 missed calls thank god by sounds

Sick to death of these P**cks keep calling. On average I get 7 calls a week, some slient and some with ill mattered people on the other end of the phone!!

Just had a silent phonecall from these idiots - and then a "live" call, which was worthless information seeking. Plus I am sure these fools onward sell collected data. The posting from 13th May 2008 seems to sum this lot up: "if people would take the time to listen to what we have to say then they will save money too. all we seam to get is snooty pa's that think they know all" Know what - I'm the boss and you managed to annoy me AND my PA!

rang twice and stopped

They've been ringing me monthly for a year, on my phone that is in contract. The last four times (for the last two months, they've been calling nearly weekly), I've asked them to delete me from their database.

Asked to speak to a manager today who has promised to delete me.  I have told them that if I wanted to buy a phone, I certainly wouldn't buy it from them, because they are clearly unable to meet a customer's requests.

Thanks guys for the info, having read the comments its seems only Vince & Vincent are happy to have been called by this company. Just a coincidence that the Geko boss is called Vince? I don`t think so!!!

These guys are called Geko and they are trying to sell mobiles either through orange or O2. I reckon we all team together and get this company closed because they are a f**king nuisance and don't respect your requests not to call and are very rude. They put the phone down or just try and sell when you aren't interested. I reckon we all find out where they are and get them shut down and rid us of this bunch of cowboys!!!

They just called me and hung up after a few seconds, and I AM ON TPS!!!

Heres another suggestion guys, to register all your numbers on the TPS i.e mobiles THE LOT. I just found out they can add mobiles now to the list. I have just had a right up and a downer with 'Roxanne' on the phone coz i too am on TPS yet they seem to ignore it! The staff are so rude it's unreal.However, if you make enough complaints to TPS about the number of calls they send you an email saying they will speak to the company on your behalf. If they don't stop, the next suggestion is to either protest outside their offices at the address above or to all make simultaneous calls on the same day and just hang up so they can feel the pain of what they do to us regularly! TPS are starting to take a dim view of this company. When you complain, just add the link from this site to your notes...THEY WILL TAKE ACTIONS! Shut them DOWN!
