got 2 missed calls from the 01970801068 number yesterday and today. also had a missed call from 01873742136 today which after reading through this thread realise that it i sthe same company.

thankfully been in work both days so missed the calls but now put them on my ignore list so they can phone all they want and i won't know.

thank god there's sites like these that people can find out or at least warn others about unwanted numbers.

After about 10 calls that I ignored (after reading this site) finally answered one today. Told me it was about my T-Mobile contract. I don't have a T-Mobile contract!!! (Although number is originally One-2-One so maybe they using more than guess work).
Before he could get very far I asked if they were the same company being investigated for fraud and harassment. After he laughed I told him if they didn't stop calling me I'd report them to Offcom too. His response "Fair enough mate, have a good day".
Lets see if they stop calling!?!

Once I know the number is an unwanted sales call, I add it to my phone book with the name "Conman" or "Timewaster" or some such, then every time they ring their name comes up showing me that I can take great pleasure in ignoring the call!

Does anyone know who sold our details to the above formentioned knob jockeys? knowing 110% that i never agree to any service/business providers passing my details on?

I have had several calls from this number over the last few weeks. Realised it was a scam only after they wanted details from me which they should have already had if they represented t-mobile as claimed! So far have not been able to answer their latest calls but may well become abusive next time! I know this does not work but it can be a satisfactory revenge!

I've had 3 missed calls from 3 of "FreeUpgrades" numbers - only managed to answer one of them, as soon as the little english speaker said the company name, I hung up!

After reading through this thread I went off and grabbed Handy Blacklist (http://www.symbian-guru.com/welcome/2009/04/handy-blacklist-v3-i-like-it.html) is a most definite addition to my mobile!

Another number that seems to be from these people is 01792572140.  They dont stop calling me, it's very stressful.

Numbers to Ignore are 01970801068, 01873742136 and 01495309921

Typically they are based miles away in Wales so in case you’re interested, in order of numbers above: Aberystwyth, Abergavenny and Pontypool.

They don’t give up! I have them all saved as IGNORE but still annoying.

I think they're the same company which uses 01224515221 to phone me as I've had a phone call off of both of these numbers today.
The number I've put on here is definitely part of a scam so it's safe to assume that the number you've been called with is part of it as well.

I have received my 2nd call in 2 weeks. Claim to be able to save money on my mobile phone then start asking questions about how much I pay and what network i'm with yet get defensive when I tell them to mind their own business. I answered the first time and hung up on them. Cut the 2nd call off. They will never leave a message though in case they can be traced I guess...

I have recently left T-mobile, and started getting calls from this number a few days ago.  It was during office ours so like others I tried to call back and was disconnected.  I then typed number into google and came across this site.  Thanks to all the posts I know not to bother answer the call!

I have received missed calls from both 01970801068 and the 01224515221 number on Friday and today.  I generally screen my calls and don't respond unless I recognise the call or they leave a message.  They are stored on my phone as Nuisance numbers but no doubt the offenders will soon switch to others...

They called me today. I never answer calls if I don't know the identity of the caller anyway. I will always Google the number and then add unwanted pests to my Call Reject list. Thankfully this site is a god send.

Got a call from this number too! As soon as I knew it was a sales call I hung up!
