The last couple of days I have had phone calls on my land line and mobile and even text messages asking to contact them with a ref number or a website which when I try and go on it my phone says there are trust issues for security of the site.. It is really annoying.

Who's up for a joint visit to their offices? We need to start to photograph staff and trace their addresses so we can return the harassment back on them, I've started by tracing all the company directors.

How about starting with documentary evidence linking the phone number in this thread with the Company you have named?

Thankyou for that comment. It's been causing my wife great distress due to her condition and at least it's put her mind at rest who it could be. I just wish that they would now leave us alone as WE DO NOT OWE MONEY TO THESE THOUGHTLESS MINIONS.

Yep! I'm up for that, lets persue the pondlife that work for this company and bombard them with phone calls, letters and regular visits to their offices to make sure they are operating within the law set down by the government.

This company is phoning the company I work for with automated message asking to press button 1 if the named person is there or 2 if their not. I'm mortified - I only work for a small company so now everyone thinks I'm in debt.

Ask them which of them is not being tormented by nuisance calls in their own homes.      The incoming call is no different from their own.         We are ALL fed up of them and I seriously if doubt reasonable people would judge you in the way you suggest.
