Yes, it's 0800 REVERSE (or a similar company). Said it's £1.50/min if I chose to accept. Never had these calls before, and strangely it's a new number, so haven't a clue who would of been trying to call me.

it is 0800 reverse - as my pain in the neck sister is always ringing me from it.
it will often carry on ringing you at least 3 times and if the person who is ringing you through reverse leaves a message it will continue to ring your phone - beware if u pick up it will take money from your mobile often 4pound +

i just got a call from the same number havent a clue who it could be and dont want to chnace ringing it back, the website the are using is 08000mumdad.co.uk basically the same thing as 0800reverse ive had the same problem before with a caller like this don't know who it is or why they are doing it.

For me, its a reverse charge call from a payphone. Which happens to be my desperate drug addict brother inlaw,looking for me to pay for his next fix.

I'm on O2 payg and currently in France - it keeps calling me at 10.30pm (UK time) but it bqrely rings once before it hangs up and calls again. It's DEFINITELY not someone I know as barely anyone has my number and those that do know exactly where I am and contact me by other means... SO I'm coming to the conclusion that even if it is a reverse charge call thing I still think it's some kind of a scam. Best not to answer I say.

its 0800 reverse. just phoned me. rang my daughter to check she uses it to get me to phone her mobile

It's a reverse charged call going under the name of "mum / dad", as sandra says users dial a number and it charges the person they are calling.

I am on vodafone and it charges me 50p each time, even when i know its them and i hang up

This number has been calling my daughter's mobile every 12 hours, about 9 times. She is freaked out by it. I have told her to register her number with the telephone preference service, if possible.

they phoned me 4 times but i missed it and when i tried to phone back it wouldnt let me does anyone know who this is

rang me while i was praying, put it down though, tried to ring back but the number dosent exist. i think its a scam reading these comments, and the people who are running it are also posting on this site, saying its just an innocent number. im from liverpool wtf would a london number be doing calling me at that time?

this number called me 8 times in a row on saturday morning..today i have had a further 7 calls...........is it free 2 block these numbers ??
