I spoke to somebody who said the very same thing and was extremely rude. It was a while back and he dialled off of a different number. But he definitely said Green Planet.
He made a lame joke about his name. I think it was Ski Alamanti or something. Somthing about him being Italian and he done a ridiculaus false laugh.
This man will not leave me alone! CON ARTIST.
I have looked in the company and Brett Jolly has ridiculous liquidations under his belt too!

Call and don't leave message on machine very annoying. I never answer the 'phone because of all these cold calls, usually trying to sell some "Investment" or other, which is often a scam.

Just checked it. It is Green Planet Investments. Google them and see what you find.
I visited them when they were in The Gerkhin, very very pushy, I managed to escape with my bank balance still intact. Don't know how their investments have done, so no further comment.

Anglo Capital Partners is another variation on GPI, again the same Brett Jolly seems to be involved - stay clear!!!!!!

Take all your paperwork to a solicitor .Write down everything you were told by the saleman.Contact other clients and commence a class action against Green Planet Investments.Yes you have been fleeced -scammed.The land you have bought is worthless.Deception , misrepresentation and possibily conspiracy to defraud has ocurred. Brett Jolly the chairman -owner  is a notorious conman.What I have stated here is factual.You have been robbed.You will never sell the land for what you paid for it.Good luck !

Commence a class action against the owners-Brett Jolly and his sidekicks.Brett Jolly and his sidekicks are in Marbella , Spain offices right next to the Puente Romano Hotel, in Marbella,s golden Mile.You could also denounce him through the spanish courts.Contact a spanish lawyer and seek his advice.His new offices are in the former Peninsula Offices directly opposite the entrance to the Puente Romano Hotel. Hello I have also gave money to this company, I know who these people are, maybe not a lot of money to them but is too me, 100 perscent will get my money back.

I have hired and fired many salespeople in my life.  I also uncovered a major deception whereupon a major "developer" in Brazil gave me forged planning certificates in order to sell me land that he did not legally own.  I took the matter to the London High Court and obtained an International Freezing Order against the individual concerned.  Since then many anonymous internet postings have appeared and the database of Green Planet clients has been aggressively attacked.  

If any purchaser of any Green Planet product has any concerns as to the legality of product they have purchased, I will very happily answer their concerns directly and personally, supply them with title deeds, send them a £40,000 entirely independent legal due diligence study performed on the development they have purchased and the companies involved.  We take legal and financial counsel from over 12 experts, some of which are Queen's Counsel.  

I have lived in Spain for over 14 years of my life, and South Africa for 17 years, so it is hardly surprising I have offices in both countries, and yes the Spanish offices are in Marbella, its quite nice there.  Should anyone wish to commence any type of action please contact me at brettjolly@mac.com and I will gladly supply english and spanish speaking lawyers for your legal counsel to communicate with.
