I have invested in land in brazil (not white sands) and I used Nabas Legal to do the paper work.  This is to poster me, I am interested in why you mention Victoria Nabas.  Does she have connections with Mr Jolly?

Good to see these rackets being closed down, but why were they allowed to go on conning people for so long.  

Incidentally, the same cold caller who gave me the Green Planet website last week is still on to me (three calls in just over a week) and giving another name.  The mugs list is still being used, and those who worked it are still very much alive and well.

I suppose I should give the name given me by the cold caller: Jack from 'A1 Alternative Investments', Indian accent.  He goes through a sales pitch that begins with him saying that he has a report on alternative investments that he wants to email, but wants a few details to so that the right information is sent.  

He will begin with a question about preference for income or capital gain, and will then start moving on with questions about when the last investment was made, etc.  Uses the term 'FSA authorised' in relation to his company.  When pointed out that A1 Alternative Investments doesnt appear on Google, he offered Green Planet Investments as their website.  

His phone number has shown up as various London numbers including 0207 2762098 and 02072758361.

Mr Jolly, your arrogance and greed levels go off the scale. You and your shower of youthful , fast car liking , cocaine taking , hooker loving conmen have committed a major conspiracy to defraud which will invariably , lead to custodial jail sentences once the SFO conduct the necessary investigation, and pass the matter over for trial. Your trial will take place in Southwark Crown Court , which incidentally is a court rather apt at hearing investment fraud cases.If you end up in front of Judge Rivlin , you will, based on what you have done , most likely be looking at a incarceration period exceeding 10 years. I have just received an email saying Greenplanet Investments are in liquidation. Wow. I have invested most of my savings with this company. Three plots of land in Brazil. Also Carbon Credits from Anglo Capital. Where do these people come from. Are they just selfish crooks? Where do they get the names of people to call in the first place. Thanks for the Xmas present Green Planet. By the way, it wasn't only a Mr Jolly I dealt with, but a Mr Hubbard. He recently emailed me to be careful of answering emails from a certain couple of guys. They were crooks. Any advice? Will I ever get any money back?

I lost £27500 to Green Planet. I feel like such a fool. It was money I should not have lost. Given to me by my late mother, God rest her soul. Green Planet are beyond evil but I have no energy to hate. I lost they won!

HAS ANYONE, checked who pays for the phone numbers used by the Lee Sharpe / Green Planet scam? Surely the easiest way to trap these people is to REVERSE the financial transaction process and discover who actually pays the telephone bill!
