There's a fairly big back and forth slanging match going on between Brett Jolly and a few of the people on here too. He makes the statement that the land and the planning is all true and honest, how do we find this out? Surely it's got to be a really simple thing to do to find out if it's crap or true. I for one do not want to lose my money and really want to know do I own a building plot in Brazil or not. All this petty stuff is getting us no where. Does anyone know how to contact this Brett Jolly? We can then ask him for proof and take it to our solicitor to check.

Sorry forgot to say, the big discussion forum is Redd Monitor it's mostly about carbon credits but it has all of our stuff on there to. It's all under Anglo Capital partners heading

Yes you can contact me here, please ask for any title deed, planning cirtificate, subdivision certificate, architectural drawing, topographic study, legal due diligence study, Brazilian land registry report or any other document you may require. The land is owned and 100% paid for, the planning certificate is legal! current and valid, and to my knowledge there are no creditors.  As far as I know NOT ONE person has lost one cent.

My wife has just found out via google search that your company Green Planet whcu she invested £10000 in for a plot ioriginally n Genapabu and then changed over to White Sands has gone into liquidation. She is very upset as this was her Mothers (who has passed away) savings for her and was using this investment for our future retirement. Is there any way we can have this money invested back please?

I have also been scammed by green planet. I have been trying (without success to get back some if not all of my money invested. Any help that you can give will be Greatly appreciated.

If jolly is to be believed we have an assert in brazil but no1 2 sell it control or protect it

it is being dealt with by grant thorntons,official liquidators,
they have sent someone over to brazil to assess the situation
green planet did own the land in full with little or no debt
but the plots hadn't been officially registered in plot owners names
so point 1 does that make it illegal as a collective investment scheme
point 2 are those assets now classed as belonging to the company and investors are now mere creditors not asset holders
other than that they questioned whether the land was sold to investors at an inflated initial asking price as they believed the land was too far from the sea to be classified as a beach resort and also concerns as to whether it was in a crime zone/gang land area hence causing devaluation
they are now assessing which direction to go in next in order to try and return some cash to investors/creditors
I know brett had offered to develop on the land and it is probably one of the avenues of sale being discussed
but the time frame given for such cases was 6-18 month
