i have also have the same problems with these callers late evening silent calls or someone that i can hardly understand claiming they can get me money i just hang up

i have looked on line and found that you can register a complaint about this company with ofcom

also they have a link to a company called tps who you can register with for free to stop marketing calls

so rude thats all I can say , how do they get mobile numbers?

sick of this number calling me at any hour of the day or night sometimes its upto 6 times a day and they never answer im not paying for a stupid caller to keep pissing me off

Some body called me today repeatedly from this no.  when I say hello He or She hags the phone which is quite irritating.

i've a call from this number today i didn't take it, so a minute after some one call me with an unknow number!!!
the fact is i had many of this calls in few weeks, looks like the name of the company is the same one with a diferent phone number, this is wat i found looking in the wep plus looks like they erning many from the calls ppl made to found out who call them!! it is just my impression but i think they are doing diferent froud with the same call ...

just had a call from this number 01612168868. the company hung up as soon as i answered so i called back wasting my free minutes on my mobile.

the gentleman told me he was from the above company and wouldnt give me any information about the company until i confirmed my number so he could bring up my details. told him diddly squat and when he realised he wasnt getting anywhere when i asked if it was a sales call hung up on me! its a plain and simple sales call trying to get you to reclaim ppi as seen from the websites i found when googling the number.

I thought it was a number of things. it could have been one of oh's friends calling or it could have been about a job i applied for so had to call to find out.

Has anyone had any recent dealings with Claims group direct as i had a phone call from them on Tuesday 6th October,i have just received their pack and after reading their terms and conditions i have decided not to proceed.has any one out there had any success with these people for me to change my mind.

You're entitled to your money back if you send the pack back within 14 days. Send it recorded delivery with a covering letter, keep copies etc.

It's better to claim your PPI back yourself if you feel it was mis sold. Don't use claims companies unless you want to give away the money you have claimed back to another company.

There's lots of helpful stuff on this board.

I also had dealings with this company> At first i was really impressed with there info, i was then passed on to a gentleman who then read me there terms and conditions this sounded perfect and that i would get my money by christmas. He then asked for one simple thing....... my debit or credit card details, as i declined i was told they would call back to give me a chance to think about it. Twice in 1 week i was called but i was not available, then one night they called and i told the polite girl that i was not happy with passing on my bank info, then a guy came to the phone with the gift of the gab calling me love dear (I'M 28) when i told him no thanks and that my bank and also brother in law (who is a solicitor) said under no circumstance i should give this info i was given a mouth full of abuse. He called me arrogant, unpleasent and when i got there compony name wrong he then quating "!!!!! get my compony name right". If this a genuine compony then they should sack that plonker.

well done. i made the mistake of giving them my details and they took money out even when i did not return the agreement form. they also use a 3rd party company, First Credit Management Services, for the payment and they were rude when called them. i've got my money back by cheque so hopefully i won't that mistake again.

another thing, their T&C is printed so small you can hardly read a thing. a clever way to hide the huge APR they charge.

First time I called back a rude woman with no telephone manners said tha company was called "Gem Advisor Group" - Second time a guy said they were called "Claims Advisor Group" lots of noise in the background - I asked why I keep getting calls all day from this number and a guy said confirm your telephone number so i did - then he said that there was no record of it on his system what was my name!!!! I told him to tell me again why they are calling me if i'm not registered on their system and he kept asking me for my personal details. He said they fight claims for debts and i said i don't have any and i am not willing to give you my details over the phone. These guys are CON ARTISTS - BEWARE *********

This number came up on 1471 no message left

This number keeps calling and hanging up????? Tried to call them and no answer it hangs up. They are dodgy so don't answer I've checked out the number and it's a debt company loans etc. Load of gimps.

ive been getting pesterd with silent calls or calls were ive answered and they hang up and ive even called them and told them i do want any more calls and within the hour i get more calls im fed up

They called me 3 times already, When I've answered the 3rd time a voice messege was asking to call them back on different number.

received a call from this number March 2010. The man on the other end said he was 'er Gary from the Claims Advisory Group'. I would advise not answering this number if it rings.

this company have contacted me by mobile at least 3 times a day for the last week. i answered the phone yesterday and asked them who they were and the purpose of the phone call, and didnt recieve a straight answer. the woman accused ME of being rude, and told me how to answer my own phone!! was told they would ring again later and ended the call...heard nothing since! very dodgy...

These people have been non stop callin me,   and I jus rang them back am it rings once n hangs up... Fake company just trying to get hold of ur details... Just to be on the safe side. Avoid this numba!

i got a call from this number, wanting me to give them my account number and sort code. they want to know if i took a lorn in the last ten years and they said they can get my Insurance back.

This number calls me about 4 times a day I cannot make out the company name when i answer and they just hang up does anyone know who these people are as it is becomming very annoying

Apparantly there is an anti intelligence movement called desperately stupid and ugly people and they have been traced to this number.

If it was not for the incredible state of the art technology at the disposal of highly trained professionals i still would not have one clue to the personality profiles of the people we are dealing with!
