I always ignore calls from unknown numbers ,then I check on Google to see who they are from

Just rang me again.I answered..Silly [***] asked me to speak engish after I told her I would have her for harassment and not to ring again....

Received a call from this number.the lady asked me to join this euro lottery syndicate.I said "before we start can you just tell me what you are wearing".for some strange reason she hung up.u.

They have started calling me, loving some of the suggestions on how to get them to hang up.  My personal favourite is asking if they knew they could be entitled to PPI claimback and then start asking them questions - that always makes them hang up!

SCAM do not give them any details

if you got or have telephone calls from that number their is ways to get rid of them.
1. tell them that they have Payment protection plan and see what they said.
2. record calls this is useful for authorities that dtd European services are unwelcome they are rude, racists, selling tickets to underage person which is a criminal offence they don't know any laws too.
3. if they are rude you is to put the phone down and report it to ico and your phone provider.
4. if they said open a new account tell them this "don't tell me what do". and tell them f u c k o f f
5. most banks have special anti fraud helpline ring them up.

if they asked for your bank account details just tell them no and report it to your bank they will put a note in your file as your protection.

Keeps calling constantly. Picked up once and there was music in the background and a voice that was being put on. It sounded like a a group of boys mucking about but how would they get a number starting 0207?

All you have to state to these people that you do not believe in participating in whatever they are offering. If they ask, just say it is religious reasons.
They get off the phone super quick...!!! :)

An 0207 number is the area dial code for London if I am not mistaken. Anybody in London calling you is most likely to begin 0207.

Don't know who these people are or what they want, can't remember if this is one I answered or missed!
Either way if they'd asked me for my bank details it would have been and instant goodbye as don't give bank details out to people over the phone!  Had a PPI call!

Watch out folk!  I agree that not all of these posts are to be believed. Do not give out personal details such as bank account...please! Have some sense.

I am getting 10 calls a day even ten o'clock at night, from this number just read on here what it is so will answer and tell them politely to F off thanks peeps for lettin me know :)

keep getting calls from this number. Everytime i answer i tell them politely no and have asked for my number to be removed from there system. The last person i told this to just laughed and put the phone down. Then 5minutes later proceeded to ring again to ask exactly the same questions to which my reply was the same. Since then i have been bombarded with phonecalls from them. I have been able to block the number from ringing due to certain settings on my phone. Now the ring on a slightly different number which i have also blocked and will keep on blocking them until hopefully the get the point.

This number has rung me again, this time to say I've entered a competition & won an i pad!  Really didn't believe it probably more to it than just I've won one, so put phone on them!  Wonder as previous call was about PPI's whether it's just a number that calls you about anything & everything!

This number has called me three times in the last two hours I answered the second time to see what they wanted and they just hung up ?? Really annoying

They just phoned me now an hung up. I think ill answer and play with them a bit.

Just had a call from this number stating my teenage daughter had entered a competition online, they knew her name, I told them she was at school and that I was her mum but she refused to tell me any more. Absolute scam!

This number rang my mobile asking for my husband, saying he'd won a competition, explained he wasn't available said they'd ring back and they haven't, sounds very dodgy as he uses he's own number and hasn't entered anything !!!

so far I have had two calls from this number on my mobile. no one speaks when I answer. Thanks for the information on this site
