You guys are the scum of the earth. I came with my daughter to your studio 6 months ago when you were using the name neon models, now you guys seem to have many names (London fashion house, London fashion studio, NMManagement, Model advisor....and loads more) - You do this to confuse people.

No point calling you as you will never answer and more importantly will never refund people.

I am working with Trading standards / action fraud to have you guys closed down once and for all.

Of course we won't refund you

If you have brought a product , took the images home with you, copied them into your computer at home then come back for a refund,why should we.

We have strict instructions and agreements saying this

I was forced to buy a product which I did not receive. So get your facts right first.... When I called there was no answer for ages and when I did get through was passed around your office.

I was informed by my solicitor that your credit agreement was fraudulent and to contact action fraud.

I suggest you speak to Samatha Cowel at Trading standards to verify this.

You guys make me laugh!!! I must be helping a lot of your customers get their money back or the authorities are finally taking action against scum like you. It's funny how after the company 'officially' responds' their is a warning!!!

I would like to challenge the company, if what you are saying is true please provide evidence as I am certain you cannot do. I would give scum like you some credit though for trying to make me look like a paedophile for me to stop helping customers and them getting their money back or taking action against you.

FYI - the only details I ask people for is their order form and credit agreement as I know it to be fraudulent and I know for a fact you are in breach of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

I would also like to advise people that you are able to take this company to the small claims court to get your money if the company refuses or trading standards are unable to help. Please look on the order form for the limited company (they change their name so often so it would be difficult to advise). You will have to pay court fees but if you win your case the defence would have to cover the cost of this. Otherwise dispute the transaction with your card provider stating it's fraudulent with the appropriate paperwork.

I came to the Model Search few months ago and received my portfolio around a week later. There was no problems. I'm pretty sure that you guys just have a buyer's remorse syndrome and don't understand that you are buying pictures not a modelling job.
