unlike this US owned website, mse is a uk consumer advice & protection forum subject to uk laws and generally well considered (you may have seen martin lewis on itv in his regular show)
i haven't seen which website of "neon" you've used but there's a suggestion they're run from cheshire and you can see who their directors are on companies house website, how long they been going etc

then the company behind it Cordmead Ltd, has gone into administration. (not sure why website not been taken down?)
Make a note of the company number, google it and go to the Companies House "beta" website where you can find details of the Administrator, they will give you advice on what happens next but I fear it will be bad news.

I searched London model agencies on google and on third page came an ad for themodelfactory.co.uk is this their current name and address was 16/17 little Portland street plz if you know whether this is their current location and name that would be really helpful thank you

I ,personally,don't know their current address or number but I am almost certain that someone has previously listed all the names and numbers they had been using. Sorry I can help any better but you will have to 're read
