john, hi, i'm thinking maybe it's not gone well? if so, this site may not be best place for you to seek redress, you should probably go for professional advice, not necessarily at further cost as you've already paid out but Citizens Advice locally may be able to suggest options, they do have lot of experience so good place to at least start. DONT go to one of those no-win-no-fee outfits, therein lies grief.

My son went for a shoot in December last year. We were told that he was great for the industry. I agreed to pay £1800 for a website to be built. They seemed fairly professional and my son had a great time. However now the payments have been made I have heard nothing. Also a further payment is pending even though I have paid fully. I have left several voice mails and I have had no response. I have left a message with trading standards too. I have contacted my bank and they are investigating it as goods not received. The company is now called model search. Any help or advice would be appriciated

Hello, I am so sorry to hear this. I am going through the exact thing. I went in beginning of February and stupidly payed 2,200 in total. I also haven't received anything, they said the website should of been sent already and I haven't received support and a cd. It's been over 2 months and I can't get in contact with them. I've sent emails and left vms for a refund and nothing has happened. I now contacted my bank yesterday and it's being dealt with had goods not being received so hopefully I can get my money back or even some. I just feel so stupid and a lesson learnt

This so called modelling company is a SCAM 5 different payments to 4 different companies and then a direct payment to the new director HAMADA SALAH account.... No delivery of the promised goods and no one answering phones to complain against. About to start court proceedings but now difficult to pin point on one company, company names used The Fashion Room, New Face models, Blue Box Studios, Snowfire Ltd, Modelling pics LTD, PP Modelling, Krypton Studios and London Photography..... BE AWARE OF ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED NAMES AND COMPANIES....!!!

When did you pay into Hamada Salah personal account ?

yep that what i noticed when i spoke to the bank, they said it was different companies taking money out. i just hope my bank can get the money back. it's really stressing me out. so much money to lose.

I had to pay in it on the 18th of March otherwise I will miss out on the spring companion and I've also got his bank card details and the rest of the bank accounts what I had to pay into as well so I've gave all of that to the police

I recieved only 500 of my money out of 2,200. My bank gave it make to me which they toke out of my account but money I transferred to them I couldn't. At least I got some back. Just a warning, if they toke money out of your bank and you haven't recieved your goods, the bank can give it back. If you gave it to them on an online bank transfer then you can't get anything. I joke everyone on this page who are  genuine gets there money back even if it's just a little.

I am investigating Snowfire Limited for a friend. It would seem the crooks behind these modeling scams include Chesea Patel, Kelsie Mary Irving (born 1991), Hamada Salah and the key person seems to be El Irving AKA James Edward Irving (born 1971), I believe Irwing lives with his wife Natalie in a million pound house, The Oast House, Powder Mills, Tonbridge, Kent, TN11 9AR, Irwing has a LONG history of opening and closing limited companies.Kelsie Mary Irvin who I assume is his daughter has a residential address at flat 3,, Datchet House, 35 Upton Park, Slough , SL1 2DD, has started up three more limited companies in the last month including Un Vouge Limited, Bespoke Models Limited, London Fashion Models Limited.

The two address' I have given for El Irwing and Kelsie Irwin can be checked through the Land Registry for a fee of £4.00. Oviously if you can establish that these are their residential address', they you have somewhere to serve proceeding through the small claims court and somewhere to send in baliffs, or you could make a personal visit.

I advise everyone to contact Action Fraud (Police) 0300 123 2040, if they can confirm it’s a fraud then that should help you get your money back.

You should also complain to Companies House (google complaints companies house) in relation to the limited company. If you have had dealings with El Irwin then raise the issue with companies house that he also goes under the name as James Edward Irwin. As for Salah I'm not sure he exists. You can make the complaint to Companies House online

Just to correct an error El Irving also goes by the name James Edward Irving (not irwin), he also has a website elirving.com with quite a few photos, I can confirm they are actual photos, but if anyone on here can, it will help the police!

Mr Chelsea Singh (not patel), has a residential address at The Basement Flat, Editha Mansions, Edith Grove, Chelsea, London, SW10 0NN. He also seems to be running an investment company, and claims to be a millionaire, yeah!
