I can confirm that El Irving and Chelsea Singh are both connected with numerous modelling scams, Look at their websites they even look like conmen. It is of note that El Irving doesn't give a contact address or telephone on his website. You might like to El Irving why he does have any contact details, and why he also goes by another name??? If anyone on here has been scammed on here please with their shades, put a complaint to Companies House as they can prevent them being directors, you can do this online. I have posted details of El Irving and Chelsea Singh adddress' on earlier posts.

His emails to me seem like he genuinely wants to help me though.  I found the email on his website.  He's telling me to call the bank and got to the police etc. So I'm not sure

Irving is a very arrogant man, he is fobbing you off, best think to contact the Police Fraudline, once there is a conviction against him, it will open up the way for you to take civil action against his personal assets. You might like to ask why Neon Models owns about £80,000 to Customs and Excise and a further £4500 to Kensington Borough Council. Likewise ask him why he has opened and closed so many Limited Companies and why he changes the company address so frequently. His behavior is not that of a legitimate business! I would imagine HMRC will ask for him to be barred from  being a director shortly.

Thank you so much for all of this information. I travelled down to London today and visited Kube studios 57 great titchfield st London. They have been there 4 years but I've got a feeling they're not legitimate. I asked for a James Irving and the girl asked if we had an appointment with him. Then the photographer appears and said we don't know a James Irving. We sat in a nearby for a few hours and the photographer comes out and says the police are looking for this Irving guy. Hamada salah is well known in the area and drives around in a nice Bentley!!!

Also I've searched companies house for el Irving ltd and it's never existed so I made a payment to a fraudulent company so am definitely entitled to my money back. I work for Northampton county court so I will be taking these [***] to court

Oh and another thing!! I do believe kelsie Irving was at kube studios yesterday as her nice black Range Rover parked outside reg number R19 KSE! So kube studios were [***] lying!!!!! You have messed with the wrong person! Remember we have your personal addresses! Better have a word with the bailiffs at work I think.

I need to get in contact with Neon models urgently, can anyone provide me with a legit phone number, or email address for them please? My daughter had a photo shoot last year, They have taken payment from my account, payments stopped, no photo's!!!! Fuming! I want photo's I was promised, or a full refund can anyone help?

If you claim is under £5000 then you go via the small claims court, which incidently in the midlands is done through Nothampton County Court. If I were you I would do a search on El Irving and Kelsie Irvings properties listed earlier on this site. You can search through the Land Registry online for £4.00 per property, this will make it easier for serving papers and to establish if they own these properties. The problem you have with El or Kelsie is they try to hide behind limited companies which they open and close, which have no liability, I haven't come across El Irving Limited so hopefully you should be fine. I should say the Irvings activity is sufficient for Companies House to barring from being directors and on the basis that they have failed to pay £88,000 to HRMC, will be sufficent for them to be barred which will make it difficult for them to continue this scam. It's interesting the police are onto El Irving. Finally if you do the property seraches with the Land Registry it would be helpful for everyone if you you put the address and ownership details on here. Good Luck !

The crooks behind these modeling scams include Chesea Patel, Kelsie Mary Irving (born 1991), Hamada Salah and the key person seems to be El Irving AKA James Edward Irving (born 1971), I believe Irwing lives with his wife Natalie in a million pound house, The Oast House, Powder Mills, Tonbridge, Kent, TN11 9AR, Irwing has a LONG history of opening and closing limited companies.Kelsie Mary Irvin who I assume is his daughter has a residential address at flat 3,, Datchet House, 35 Upton Park, Slough , SL1 2DD, has started up three more limited companies in the last month including Un Vouge Limited, Bespoke Models Limited, London Fashion Models Limited. Kelsie Irving has a Black Range Rover R19 KSE. Hope that helps.

Hi Samantha. You'll be very lucky to get hold of Neon Models. They change their names and studios all the time to prevent people catching up with them. I've got a feeling they are now known as start up models and probably known under other names too like uk models. My story is in The Times tomorrow page 17. Nimrod you are correct with James irving home address. They do have a mortgage on it. Purchased in 2010 for £908,500. Worth around £1.2 million now.

That sounds good, now you have established he owns a house, so you have somewhere to serve papers, and then you can place a charge on the property or seize goods. My only fear is that El Iving he will try and hide behind a limited company. That being the case if you can get the police involved and get him charged for fraud then I think it would strenthen the case, likewise if you can complain to Companies House on the basis that he is in breach of the companies act, that will help. Also if you work in the County Court, might be worth picking the braina of a district or circuit judge. Have you done a search on Kelsie Irving because that might be in El Irvings name as well. This is a group of people who scam people, I think El Irving is the key person. As for Chelsea Singh, has anyone considered from his photo, that he actually looks vey androgynous, he even has size a or b cup breasts, I just wondered based on his apearance and name, I've never come across a man called Chelsea, is he is actually a woman and a crossdresser, living as a man?

Just had a look at Chelsea's Twitter account. There's a pic of him and mr Irving. Jeez they're not blessed with good looks are they??? 😂😂 they were discussing business over lunch.....more like discussing what SCAM is next!!!!

And now Chelsea Singh is in the Big Brother house. :(

Maybe an anonymous tip to the Big Brother producers might not help his chances , if someone wanted revenge. Just saying.
