Hey guys, please simply call your local non crime number and report the telephone number and the company name.

As much as it sounds the most incredible thing, you do not give your card details out to anyone over the telephone.

I know also it is tempting to keep calling them back but if you do and you manage to get through ask them to delete your number and threaten to report them to the police and they should stop bothering you.

You can also call your network provider to block the number as all the calls come from this one number.

I would advise any one who does this you have not one anything, you will need to pay for the photos, the way they see it is there not harming anyone they are simply cold calling vulnerable people to have a photo shoot with them, of which they will try to sell you the photos.

If you would like to be photographed in a decent environment and you want nice photos simply out source your own company.

I have suddenly started to receive call after call on this number, despite ignoring them, they keep on coming.........anyway I mentioned it to a friend who works in finance, and he metioned a website that stores public records of UK companies, including the names and home addresses of company directors, so he is going to get it for me and I will be sending the MD rather strongly worded letter.

Hopefully it will make him/her choke on their conflakes before getting my number removed :))))))

I Recieved a call from 'Studio London' about 3 weeks ago... I think the lady's name was Chanel.  My experience was very similar to others who've been contacted - "You've won a free champagne photoshoot for you and a friend!"  I hadn't entered any competition but she said I may have entered up to 6 months ago.

I was asked for my card details so that I could pay my deposit ("fully refundable!") but I asked her to email me the details and prices before I parted with any cash.  3 weeks later and I haven't heard a peep from them. I have tried calling but their number appears to be permanently busy.

I'm terribly upset about it all; we've had a truly awful few months as a family and this (initially) seemed like a little ray of sunshine for my daughter and myself - something fun to look forward to and cheer us up.

I now have to inform her that it was all a scam; there will be no photoshoot, no ray of sunshine.

The only positive is that I didn't give out my card details.

I had a missed call from them today, and as im job hunting called eagerly back thinking it may be a recruitment agency only find it was a this photo studio got bored of the BS so just hung up mean i know but cant be bothered

I google every random number before answering the call and its 99% a scam like this, each time i get a call i add them to my blocked incoming call list! thats about the only thing i like about this phone!

omg yeah the same thing happened to me a second ago they were like are you over 18 i was like no .. and they were like you must be you entered your details to our website i was like ... nope ...... i cant make a supposed make over and i'm good thanks ... and they were like oh we can change the day for you were open all the time and in the end i gave them a fake email adress and hung up .... just tell them to get lost ..   they're simply annoying

I've been getting these phone calls for about 4 years now! they used to call me about 5-6 times a day, At the beginning they kept trying to sell this photoshoot to me, and i kept saying no, they never listened. They are really pushy people, i even shouted at one bloke, which is out of character of me! because he was just not listening!
I had a phone call today I had totally forgot them and they asked for me but called me by my maiden name! I got married 3 years ago lol. They were even rude then when i said thats not my name anymore and they just hung up!

I've just received 2 calls from them today - they couldn't even get my name right - on the first call I was Katie Palmer and on the second I was Charlie ... really glad I googled the number in the end - thanks for flagging it on this website!

I have just had a call from this number.  I ignored it as I am aware that they will try and call me back from other london numbers...The original telephone conversartion I had with a guy was pretty much the same, that I had won a compo, photo shoot etc.

Hahaaa I pretended to them that I was this famous model and that I couldn't possibly go to another studio.

They will NOT take me off their dialling list after me asking them to do so many times.  I have called vodafone and asked them to block and blacklist the number.  I have said no to this 12 times now and still I get called.  I'm thinking about calling watchdog.  Im sure other people must have called already?

daughter had this number phone her when i said she wasnt in they got very very rude tried calling back got engaged tone. something should be done to stop people doing this thanks for your input at least we know who it is now

I've had a few phone calls from this number over the past few weeks. Every time I answer it, they hang up. Glad I found his site...not that fussed about them phoning me because I would never give out my details over the phone anyway.
It's a bit annoying that they do keep phoning me but not waiting for me to reply.
If they do ring me again, and wait for me to answer, I shall tell them where to stick it!!

I just received 2 calls from this number, the 1st one I missed and after googling the number, I sent a busy tone the second time they rung. Many thanks for all the comments...at least I haven't wasted my time or money, or even given out my info..although I wouldn't have done anyway!

Got this call today. Telling me a friend had given them my number and I had won a prize. They even gave me the name of "my friend" which made it sound all so real. Well it would have if this friend was actually my friend! Although i do know her as she is a uni friend of one of my ACTUAL REAL LIFE friends! god knows how they did the connection of the both of us. but yer ended up hanging up :)

Just received a call from this number... as I don't know the number I ignored it... I use this site when numbers call that I don't recognise.

My story is the same as for everyone else.
Surely obtaining people's names and telephone numbers like this must be illegal? What happened to data protection?
I definitely agree that Watch Dog should be contacted on this and the company scrutinise over the way they get people's personal details and invading their privacy continuously.
