WestOne Business Services will take your money and not provide the service promised. If you try to call them, they ask you to dial a premium rate number at 60p per min.

Don't give WestOne Business Services your money or any business linked to Nina Williams or Paul Carter.

I think you are probably one of their competitors trying to do them down by the sound of your rant.

I've used this company for the last three years without a single problem. By using their address I have increased my sales, have a city address for the just over a hundred quid and have been really pleased overall. My business has benefited from a pretty decent London address.

Maybe if you are a genuine customer you should speak to them? Or maybe you were the one in the wrong? Who knows? I do know from running my own business, when you start to ask people to pay their bills they try to find ways to avoid paying. Usually by creating a fuss about something minor.

They never answer their sales line and customer services - which costs 60p per min!! - just goes to an answering service!

also, their office, where they receive our post is up for rent!! thats reassuring!

Westone business is a scam.

I signed up for the westone business services on the 11th of July, it is now the 25th of July and I have not had the promised service.

I call there number and I have been on hold for 30 mins, for the last 4 days. I tried the support number and it costs 60p a minute.

I then sent an email to the info@westone-business.com and the email just bounced back.

This company is a complete SCAM and waste of time.

The will not give you your service, I suggest using someone else

People talking about "cowardice" here is a bit rich as they hide behind fake screen names.

How can there be any meaningful conversation with people who cannot be bothered to use their real names or wish to rant and make false claims? As far as we can see this is the work of competitors trying and rubbish the company by placing fake online reviews. It’s pathetic childish behaviour that is actively encouraged by websites such as this. The worrying thing is how many people read this nonsense and take it at face value, hence why we have to respond here.

I work for West One and I can tell you for a fact that the above comments constitute libel, defamation and slander under UK law. If you don’t believe me search the internet have a look at the amounts awarded to companies and individuals that have suffered similar damage to their reputation online through unsubstantiated claims. For your folly you will be fined £10,000+ upwards in the UK with the responsibility to prove the claims you made are true.

As a warning to people who think that they have “freedom of speech”, our company lawyers are preparing a large defamation case against a number of individuals and we expect that with the evidence at hand we will be liable for substantial damages.

Let me tell you what's really childish and pathetic; the fact that you think the solution is to put these negative (yet valid) comments down to competitors and then threatening legal action. Go ahead and waste your money on legal fees, you won't get any where.

So James, what's your full name and direct line number so we can speak to you about our issues?

Also 'James' perhaps you could shed some light on why Directors Nina Williams and Paul Carter have resigned as company directors? I suspect they're in so much sh*t that they've had to do a runner.

I've been using them for a while but recently haven't been able to contact them, hence why I Googled them and found this thread. What a shock, but it does explain a lot of things. Looks like I'm going to have to change the address on all my business cards and letterheads now! :-(

Yup, scammed here as well, tossers. Whats worse is the obviously fake good reviews to sucker more people in.

Can I urge anyone who has had a bad experience with WestOne to post it on their Google listing, it might help someone else.

They are still making money by stealing from already struggling start-ups! They must be stopped!

I have spoken to Trading Standards and HMRC about them - apparently they have to be authorised to operate such services and the more complaints they get, the better the chance we have of shuting this rougue company down!!!

Look on the Money Saving Expert website for Westone business services... There are others who have been scammed. Contact HMRC... As the above poster said, they have to authorised and pass a 'fit and proper' test to offer Reg office services, which clearly they aren't!

I think that they are a scam too, I've been trying to contact them since the 22/01/2012 when I bought the Hatton Gardens Registered add. both via email and phone.  Nobody has responded or picked up.  Quite happy to give my purchase reference number to 'staff of Westone' who think that the negative reviews are just posted by rival companies who out to make them look bad.

Just to keep the balance here, I've used West One for years and have not had one single problem. They are one of the largest Virtual Office providers in the UK and I've always found their staff friendly and professional.

I know from my own business, that competitors will try anything to gain an edge in todays market as the recession has hit us all quite badly. I want to continue to be able to enjoy the great value they provide, so it's in my interest to post here. Our International company relies heavily on a reliable London presence.

They've let me use two of the most sort after locations in London at far cheaper than their competitors - no wonder they have enemies. Most of the other companies I tried have addresses in Hackney etc or a back street somewhere, which would be selling my company short.

I suspect the same, I've had not one single problem with them. They've provided a fantastic service so far to my company (over several years I might add). I've no complaints.

Just in the process of taking WESTONE to court but I am being told by my solicitors they are going bust, check companies house there is a move to strike them off, i too have paid for service no post in 12 months! you cant get hold of them, the staff change , registered mail goes missing, i went to the hatton garden address recently and two people and two desk with mail all over the place ,not in racks just on shelves , the place is a mess. I think we all need to complain to there Merchant services provider on line as they are still taking peoples money. All the positive comments run on the same lines so I an guessing its the man behind the company , no one else .

Please be careful this company is dangerouse as I think they are openning mail and using the information to there adavntage.
