I am glad I saw this post. Companies House States that this company was dissolved today yet it is still trading and using the same ltd co name. i nearly sent them my money and I am so glad I didn't. This sort of practice should be stamped out as we are all struggling and thieves like this should be brought to justice.

The company is trading legally as WestOne Business Group.

Very strange that a genuine "customer" would go to such lengths to attempt to discredit a company. Surely you'd contact the company direct on the number provided, or visit their offices if you have a genuine grievance, rather than running around calling yourself "Trading Standards"? Personally you sound more like a bitter competitor that is on the verge of desperation.

WestOne are one of the largest licensed virtual office companies in UK, thousands of customers and addresses across London - what could be the motive here I wonder? Hmmmm!

When you've been messed around like I have, you would want to expose such an appalling company.

So why go from WestOne Business Services Ltd to WestOne Business Group Ltd? Seems like a major tax / debt dodge to me!

Anyone that's been done by this rotten company should speak to Trading Standards in Westminster... That's who they are governed by.

This company is a complete shambles.  Run by idiots and with the sole intention of ripping off small businesses.  BEWARE and whatever you do, do not give them any money or business.  

Before "James" or any other muppet decides to make a fake account and claim that I am a "competitor" (seriously what a ludicrous defence) or even more desperate, threaten legal action from your oh so scary legal team (you cant a afford a legal team WestOne, your bust, Ive seen your accounts), think twice, nobody believes you.  

Do the honest thing, and get jobs in McDonalds.  You are not smart enough to run a business.

I have seen them advertising everywhere on Google and yet the company was dissolved in July this year. Then I came across number of other similar companies and most of them seem to be either dissolved or about to be struck off so please do your checks on companies house site before you send your money. I nearly sent my cheque to www.setup.co.uk only to find that the registrar has threatened to strike it off as they are not sending their returns.... In my inexpedience, almost all these virtual office companies that come up on page 1 and2 of Google are either bust or about to go bust.

The first 2 offices (Berkeley Square and Hatton Garden) are just used to receive mail and no one actually works there.. they had too many angry customers turning up as well as debt collectors, etc.

But have you noticed, with the third office, they don't give the full address on their website?? That's because this is where they actually work from - but don't want people like you and me finding them!

Hey all, I actually use West one as a mailing address for two of my businesses. I know this is off topic but it always upsets me to see people asserting that a person having been a director of now dissolved companies is indicative of dishonesty or otherwise poor reflection on ones character. There's no crime in failure, do you point and laugh if you see a car crash as well? Having said that... Thank you to the person who listed their actual physical address, should they pull a fast one on me I will promptly show up at that address and teeth will be flying everywhere.

Was just about to form a company through them and use their mail forwarding service in Mayfair!

I've been using WestOne for a number of years and have always found them OK. BUT since around 7th November 2014 their website has been down, there are no replies to emails and the phone message I get is "The phones are not being answered to day due to staff training"  Either they are undergoing one of the biggest training programmes in history, or they have gone bust.

As a result of their disappearance I've had to change my registered company address and I've lost about £34 I paid for them to set up a new company.  Be aware that you can't change your registered address at companies house unless you have an authorisation code.  They send the authorisation code to the existing registered address by post.  This is the registered address that appears to be staffed by the crew of the Marie Celeste...

I've been a customer of this company for some time, and when I was contacted by Hatton and Berkeley I was slightly dubious about their story. How did they get my data was my first thought?

I've since spoken to Westone Business Group, 0207 831 4545 and they've told me the Mr Robert Croucher is under police investigation for taking money by deception from customers from the company. They told me to speak to Charing Cross Police station, which I did, and they confirmed there was an investigation against CMI Business Group Ltd but they could not discuss the matter further.

Robert Croucher is apparently emailing customers from a similar domain name @westone-business.net that has nothing to do with Westone Business Group, and threatening customers with CCJs and debt collection if they do not pay there invoice. Seems very dodgy to me, be careful people.

After a few months of quiet, I noticed a pick up with a shift away from the alternative investment theme to fake health insurance and tax assistance.

Robert or whatever your name is, hattonandberkeley is no better than the old c.r.a.p.

Do something original and leave out the IT & telecom angle.

Paul, take my voice recording off this phone number before I come after you for damages as well, after that - loose my number.
