Just stumbled across this thread, not sure wht you are all on about, but, te name Hatton&Berkely, came up in the Lords as a bunch of villains, and scammers.

Hmm, I see Mr Croucher or his partner Ms Kudor have not been back on here to defend themselves.  So basically what I have said all along about CMI Business Group/Hatton & Berkeley, and now H & B Global Ltd, being a scam and a shell company operating a smoke and mirrors operation, ripping people off and sending letters demanding money from them without any real evidence, or intention of going to Court, was ....... I have just seen this, https://acsbore.wordpress.com/2016/09/23/copy ... il-for-assault/ he sounds like a terrible man, how on earth can he be considered a "Successful businessman", and I hate to say it but his girlfriend looks a bit of a skank, like real trouble as well.  Have they gone bust now, like he said, or was that a lie to the judge.  Feel sorry for the taxi guy, this croucher sounds like a very spoilt brat, or a massive coke head.

This idiot Croucher seems to have resigned all his companies, or lost them to a Ms Kudor.  Looks like she took him for a ride
