Just had a call from these guys, claiming to be from a company called 'Land and Property'. Asked to be taken off any list they had me on and ended the call before the person calling me could run through their script, so no idea what it was about.

Beware this number. On answering the phone, the guy said 'Hello John', office background noise, when I said 'John who' - he hung up. Tried to call the number back - no-one ever answers and no answering service or machine. Could be a scam ?

got acll today and twice yesteday could not call them back as number will not respond ,if they call again I will answer and update

Had a few calls from this number, trying to sell investments. Now put a block on number.

Had numerous calls from this number. Too many actually, trying their best to sell shares in a construction company and trying to squeeze any money out of me, even asked me to look into pensions. Falcon International Estates, 30 Crown Place, London. EC2A 4 EB. I think it is dodgy and won't part with any money. Every time they call, it is pretty much a one way conversation as they just keep talking. I even put my mobile on the side and went to the toilet, when I came back the guy was still chatting and then said, "so what do you think?". No idea where they got my number from.

Ive had a few calls and e mails, this company wants me to invest my pensions with them to put into land and property and have sent me forms to fill in to get at my pensions. On checking the company out on the net I found out my pensions are worth more than the company ( my pensions arn't worth very much !! ) I'll be throwing forms in the bin, deleting e mails and blocking their phone calls, Please be careful guys!!

An amusing conversation with the guy I spoke to. Pointed out that Falcon International Estate's website was only registered 28/9/2010, so they haven't been around that long. Prior to that I guess they were "Land and Property" seeing as the number I was called on was almost identical to 02078508066 (

Interesting that the company appears to have changed its name recently... wonder why that was...

Seeing as the guy who called previously worked for the much larger icap.com, I reckon he's probably made a bit of a bad career move!

This site is to report scams, sales and cold calls.  People do NOT come on here out of the blue to praise a company unless they are involved in the scam>

Received a call from a Jason regarding investing in land that will return me 6-7 times my investment.
He emailed a brochure from 'Jason Morrison <jm@falcon-ie.com>'

I've just had these cowboys on the phone. Their paperwork is littered with spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Not professional at all. Be careful of their contact Kourosh Abedian. I've checked him out. I have three girls working for me in the office here. They have spent the last four hours investigating this company. Don't touch it guys!!!

I've had a few calls from them. wad half asleep and agreed to have x brochure sent out. i want to know where they got my phone number from, and already knew  my address.

I know for an absolute fact its a scam - beware as this is actually the same company as scala land who were investigated a year or so ago.. They have recently began trading again offering to swap land investments around this is just a way of them squeezing another 4k out of people they have already ripped off. The directors of the company are even online confirming no one has ever made any money out of the investments they offer - Greg Baker, Ben Jones and Kyri Kyriacu are the principle "bosses" and all have been let's say sitting on the wrong side of the fence regarding compliance and actually making money for people other than themselves..

Just took a call from a very rude Joel Sanders of Falcon Investments; he must think I am some sort of  gullible child.  Apparently I recently took part in a survey they were doing (rubbish) and he was confirming my address (which was wrong anyway).

No they are not!! They are a bunch of amateur unprofessional morons employed by a group of individuals who have already been shut down once under the name scala. Basically it is about 12 people who rent an office and read a bad out dated script and claim to know about markets. Its only a matter of time before they get shut down again. Don't get sucked in. They have never made any money for anyone except them selves as can be see by simply googling the directors names from when they were called scala. Seriosuly now google them greg baker, kyri kyriacu and benjamin jones.

jason has been phoning me from falcon internationl estates to put my pension into a collegewood farm in reading  rg4 9hh  for land registry for two plot on that land with the total of 240 plots but now reading peoples views above which im  glad i checked out i will now will not be singing paper work

i will not be signing paper work hehe bit tried checking the firm out

i was contacted by joel sanders when they traded as falcon land and property.His offer of land at 10k a plot and a return of 6 times the investment or higher.I have no bussiness conections neither do i own or work for any company so as far as them saying they dont sell to the public thats rubbish they are not regulated by anyone.selling land to people to profit is illegal the way they do it as it is classed as land banking so please do not get involved when they call just run up there phone bill.
