Joel Saunders from Falcon International was attempting to advise a client to invest his small pension pot into a land investment.

Being a qualified IFA I pointed out to Joel that he should not be providing advice as he is not qualified to do so. I also highlighted that their own website stated they do not provide advice contrary to his own actions.

They use bully boy tactics to pressure vulnerable people into land investments. This is wholly unsuitable practise and I have reported them to the appropriate authorities. Hopefully these cowboys do not exist long enough to rip too many more people off.

I have invested my peronal pension with falcon international estates in london, I was cold called in june 2012 from a jason morrison who strongly advised me to swith my pension into agricultural land.
I had £45,000 in my pension and he said it was performing badly and very unlikely to get any better so he got howard taylor accosiates who are financial advisors to call me and he told me that he had purchased land a few years ago and it had risen in value by 50%.
They kept calling me all the time and eventually by hard selling techniques got me to buy 2 plots of land for £30,000 & my other £15,000 is just sitting in a sipp bank account doing nothing.
It turns out that this is a unregulated investment scheme & was not suitable for my needs so I am now going to the FCA to make my complaint.
I think I have been sold down the river by falcon estates.
Anyone else bought land through this company I would like to know.

Can they do anything with details you may have already given like signatures and national insurance number. The guy did say it was a free review of pensions ???? Ain't had any comments on it just a memorandum document regarding some land in Stratford. An comments /reply on here would be appreciated

I have been receiving letters/documents/insurance papers for someone who does not live at my address ( I have no idea who he is) for the past 4/5 years.. I have tried with all the separate companies to have a stop to this - but no luck.  Today I had a letter addressed to the same man from a company called Intro Capital - thanking this man for his telephone call and pointing him to some investments etc. I tried to call Intro Capital - could get hold of no-one and then started to do some digging - it appears that they share the name with Falcon International - surprise surprise - same office - same no - but interestingly no-one answering phones etc. etc. Any ideas how to stop this?

I know it's been a while since you wrote this post, but I have only just recently come across it.
I hope that you are still monitoring any replies, I think we have a lot in common, re:FALCON, HOWARD TAYLOR & STADIA TRUSTEES.
I would be interested to know if you  were offered a free independent review (as I was) and whether or not you made a formal complaint to HTA (as I did).
I have asked the financial ombudsman's service to look at my complaint and I am currently waiting on a final decision from them.

They are called Falcon international estates, also newly called land and property. I was contacted by one of their employees, who is now serving 3.8 years for Fraud. He took £400000 from 4 of us-- gambling-- instead of investing our money. The boss is called Mat Baker. KEEP WELL CLEAR.

I worked here for a bit, I had my suspicions. Just needed a job at the time. Met another person through a friend called Nikhil? Nikil? He worked here. Think he's left now

He mentioned something about a rebrand... Crowdfunding platform to sell the land. Can't remember he said the bosses kept banging on about it for months but still doing the same thing. Then they confirmed it for the end of April but they got rid of him before he saw it,

It's all false and the memorandum means nothing whatsoever as they will describe you as a proffesional client who was aware of high risk investments.
Currently being investigated by the relevant authorities aswell as Howard Taylor associates from farnborough.
They work together and take as much money as they can from gullible people.
I hope one day they are dealt with and punished with prison terms.

Matthew baker that's a name from the past who stole £115,000 from me and now has dissapeared without trace.
Be well aware guys it's a total scam of the highest order.

Yes my complaint has been upheld by the ombudsman and now waiting on a decision from two sets of solicitors involved with three separate complaints.
I hope you receive my reply sorry it's late but I rarely check this site to be honest.

Yes my complaint has been upheld by the FCA along with two other clients who I keep in touch with.
The FCA has ordered Howard Taylor to repay the three of us in full.
However the matter is now in the hands of Howard Taylor's solicitors and Howard Taylor's insurance company this is because he doesn't have the funds to pay us himself.
This has been on going now for around six months.
We await the outcome on the decision and if it's not in favour of Howard Taylor then our next step is court action against mr Howard Taylor.
If you are in the same position and made the worst mistake of your life like we did then I urge you to take the matter further.
I'm 100% sure your complaint will be upheld by the FCA

All these companies are very dodgy and re invent themselves. If it sounds to good to be true then normally is !!
They have been called Scala Land, Scala Global, Falcon Land & Property, Falcon International estates, also now know as Intro Crowd !! The Baker brothers, Ben Jones, Kyri Kyriacou all been involved in these scams and earned fortunes. Sometimes use other people as Directors to avoid being noticed. David Merron, Joel Sanders, Ian Hibbert to name a few. Scala said 3 to 5 years to get a return on money and 10 times profit no chance. 15 years on and no one purchased land  build on. They buy the crap land at £200,000 and divide into 200+ plots that they sell £10,000 to £15,000 a time !! Brings them back between £2 -£3 million pounds that they keep !!!!
Ask yourself then how will you get 10 times return on your investment when they paid £200,000 for all the land. No land company will buy this land and give you 10 times profit. If they done that they would have to give nearly £30  million for the land so everyone gets the 10 times gain on there investment. Who would pay that for land sold at £200,000 a few years previously !!!!

You forgot all the involvement they had with Park First, which is now in liquidation. I purchased car park space from them via these individuals, let's see who will refund me before I start suing the shareholders. Talk about upselling their existing land clients to worthless car park spaces. Oh and not to mentioned these clowns trying to sell me art work and rare metals. A one stop scam shop!
