My Auntie said she got a call from this number. She does not own a computer so I said I could look up the details of this number. She has the telephone in the hallway near to the front door and said once when they called someone tried to grab her through her letterbox. She could see it was a man's arm, but was so startled she did not dare answer the door. Could it be connected to this caller? Also do they somehow get your number through churches? She used to be active in a local church about 6 or 7 years ago, but has not been more recently due to ill health.

A scary tale.    They certainly do not get numbers thru churches.      Might be a good idea to buy an extension lead for your Auntie's phone so that she can have her phone in a safer place.     Be careful to place the wire where she cannot have an accident.       This caller is a long, long way from your Auntie and no physical risk to her.

Whilst they are busy scaring old ladies and 'phoning at stupid o'clock I see that they have still not 'phoned you on the number you so kindly gave them.  Just shows what a bunch of fakers they are.  I wonder why they are so afraid of contacting you?

Your Aunt has been very unlucky.     There have been no reports of calls from that 07520 number since 2012.     How about giving her a phone with call-blocking facility for her Christmas?

A bit like asking why I have not heard from the Devil?          They are the scum of the earth.      Probably do not recognise that it is a genuine phone number.        Time for your additional information yet, or have I missed that?

Actually,not much to add to my 5th November post.  There were  posts on numbers used by different sects and on  them all our little lot had made calls for their own sect.  It looks like they check out the numbers for these various "televangalists" and piggy back on their numbers.  They have said on these numbers that they do have a physical church but only the "chosen" are allowed to know where it is!  Funny how since you posted your number and I made my 5h November post the terrible trio don' t seem to have come back on here.

just received a call from this number. Thought it may have been my sister who arranged this call as she is very religious. It started off ok, some church bells and singing, but it quickly descended Into screaming and shouting when he insisted over and over again that I should kneel and pay respect to the council. Sounded very echoey on the phone, like it was being recorded in a church or hall.

A "Davenport" even appeared on a scam kitchen thread on here telling Opijni it was time to join him!!!!  The trouble is Davenport is such a crackpot it is hard to tell the real one from the fake.  I think the latest "Eleanor" poster may be fake too. And still no 'phone call, what a shame.

It is clear enough that a troll has been playing games under several names.        Better the Three Billy Goats Gruff at play than elements of the Unholy Trinity.     It was fun while it lasted.    Perhaps the chief Billy Goat will say farewell.   For me this thread is now dead.

Yes, looks like those who can't think for themselves have infiltrated the thread, although I think kc may be genuine. The dodgy one is the poster from Colorado as how would someone in the USA come to look up a UK number, albeit a fake one.  I think that the inability of the real idiots to justify not calling your number may have stopped them on here.  However, they will no doubt be back on another fake number.  A Happy New Year and keep upthe goodwork.

The way they first call and pretend to be all chummy and nice, it's just their insidious tactic: they do this to distract you and catch you off-guard and then they start with the rapport building, all the time analyzing you and your responses, whilst implementing their peculiar brand of neuro linguistic programming into their spiel. Their purpose and modus operandi is diabolical and the lengths they go to in order to instil fear and conformity is unbelievable. As other posters have identified they are unrelenting and unyielding in their approach and there is no way of reasoning with these people. The best advice I can give is not to answer calls from this number, nor should you answer the door to people you don't know. Covering up your letter box if you have one in your front door is a good idea too.
