What is your obsession with this forum,the wording of the pearl island share offer stated that no consent had been granted to build on the land, so why did you invest.

Had they been done a couple of years ago they would have got away with keeping their assets. Now the Proceeds Of Crime act has been tightened up, they stand to lose everything.

Even Sandeep Dosanjh who is a relation of Sam Dodanjh who ran GemcoGB (a diamond fraud) from the Morgan Forbes offices, has been done.

Why did you invest when there was no consent  to build,as stated in the contract there was a money back clause.

I was recently scammed by  a company Hermany Investments. Two individuals calling themselves Reid Marsh and
Nicholas Robson. I lost all my savings. They used a Barclays Bank A/c and I have just heard back from Barclays that
they are not responsible for this account being used fraudulently [suprise,suprise]
It seems that the individuals quoted as being responsible for other scams have changed their names.
If there are any of the individuals, some of the `young people' I spoke to, who worked from the Cornhill-City of London Office, reading this. I ask them to do the decent thing and report to Action Fraud with any information that will lead to the individuals being apprehended and stop these people inflicting anymore pain and distress on innocent individuals.

Hi Waseem!  I have just been scammed by Hermay and in the same quandary. I've reported to Action Fraud,FCA and am not confident that these people will be caught this way. I think it needs a `joint-action' by the individuals who were defrauded on this recent scam {Cornhill] to get together to share info. I went to the Cornhill `Office' [a room for meetings] and didn't gleam  
anything of value. Mail has been sent to this `office' and it was returned to the Post Office[feel a line of enquiry could be the sender of these letters to see if anything of the whereabouts can be ascertained.
The problem is that a] `they'must be found b] any property seized before any money can be returned to the Investors.
