been told that he is selling again. he called me about 3 weeks ago selling some more stuff. i tried to find more info with what the comapany is called. he is yet to call me back but once he does i will let you all know. this guy has taken so much money of me its so unreal.

He has taken a lot from me too! I don't think he's working at KXG Capital anymore, that was short lived after Lavelle and Partners because of the way he was trying to sell land plots for KXG. I was told he falsified his job title there, stole it from someone else at KXG and still lied about it to me, he's just a compulsive liar. His mobile number is no longer working, no surprise there. I can't believe people still employ him! Hopefully people will have the good sense to search for his name now on the internet and find this all out. I wish there had been stuff on the internet about him before I invested! Does anyone know what we might be able to do to get our money back?

As we have your attention Hugh please enlighten us and prove who those happy clients are! I think maybe people are fed up with YOUR lies?? Funny how your Linkedin profile showed up as a different name! Also rumour has it that Mr. Hugh Herschell from Boschenmeer, South Africa, has denied that you are his son.....or maybe he's just disowned you! Mybe the authorities can decide if you're legitimate or not.....they're gonna catch you....watch your back!

do not believe anything that man says, he got close to my family, and was like a father figure to me, and then completely ripped my mum off, and stole my inheritance, so any information on him please let me know, i also know that he is highly wanted by the police as they raided his flat with armed police, surrounding the flat but he was no where to be seen

Would you like to elaborate hughinator? I know of at least two companies he has recently worked for this year including Lavelle and Partners. I think all of us on this forum would like to see Hugh Herschell pay for his fraudulent selling methods (drug fuelled or not!). Can you post any info you have or send to the email addresses on this forum. He has ripped a lot of people off through his scams and lies. It 's incredible that there are companies in the UK that would still employ someone like him....that is of course unless those companies are as crooked as him! But...you know the old saying..."what goes around comes around".....he will pay eventually!

I have also been conned by Hugh... does anyone know anything about KXG...Hugh worked here but has apparently been sacked for gross misconduct. Other employees include Warren Hamilton, Martyn Adams.
I have also invested in Lavelle and Partners for a plot of land in Burnley and have received my title deeds - so i thought this was all legitimate...but now i'm not so sure.
I've met Hugh a number of times we became friends, he met my family, i'm shocked and horrified that any human being could deceive another like this.
