Zoe....have you contacted the Met police yet? They can advise on what to do and may have more info regarding what action to take including Civil Action. I recently found out some disturbing things about Herschell's past as well. Trying to get this confirmed, also have some contacts looking for him.

Morgan Forbes UK was closed down as a consequence of the FSA action (see the Tony Hetherington article)

It is probably against the orders of the FSA,but  the company now operates in Madeira as Acropolis SGPS. Looking at their website, although Michael Nascimento no longer seems to be an acting director, I believe he still has a senior role within the company.

Hugh is working in Madeira for Morgan Forbes/Acropolis. Personally I believe one or more of the people on here requesting info for Hugh IS Hugh himself. The last thing you guys want to do is give Hugh the heads up to do a runner.

I'm sure you'll agree that were any of you to actually fly out to Madeira and bump into Hugh, the chance of getting any money directly from him is virtually zero (just like his liquidity).

Your best bet is to contact the police and/or the FSA and take it from there.

True BOB  meeting him may not bring the money back but it will feel good giving him a good hiding but I would asked him why he a coward . i wont rest till i find him . i know he reading this and hope he reappears to look for me .

Just goes to show a scammer like you can't hide for very long without your activities being brought out into the open.....eventually! I too have been scammed by Hugh Herschell. I want my money back too and have people who will be able to find you and when they do...........well, you should hope the Police find you first for your sake! Wouldn't surprise me if people had already caught up with you by reading these posts. There are reports that your father is very ill, people are saying he's disowned you. I'm sure your parents have read these sites...what must they think of you now??

It's already been pointed out on here that his full name is Alexander Hugh McCully-Herschell

He is currently working for Acropolis SGPS (formerly Morgan Forbes) in Madeira.

Conversing on here isn't going to achieve anything, and neither is flying out to Madeira to look for him yourselves, as he isn't going to have wads of your cash on his person.

Just inform the FSA and/or Police of this information and let them do the donkey work (if it's within their jurisdiction).

I'm sure there'll be plenty of people willing to give him a good 'seeing to' on your behalves in the prison showers...

You seem to be very confident in what you are saying. How do you know this? I am willing to go to Madeira and see for myself.

The person that made the post is not a client!! First of all I'm not covering for anyone please find my personal email at the bottom if you wish to contact me. This is a old employer looking for revenge as he got my letter for outstanding wages. (Don't make me the bad person if you paid me as you should have you wouldn't get letters from the tribunal, if you did the right thing in the first place this wouldn't have happened.

Why I know it is you? Firstly your fantastically bad grammar as always. Stating I had an affair with Hugh - so you know I'm in a relationship otherwise it would just be a fling. Hugh and I never had overlapping clients - so the statement of he sold you then I did it complete rubbish.
