Its ok I have a two contacts in the FCA and they know all about the scam companies past and present that have been run by Michael Nascimento and Hugh Herschell.They know Hugh used the name Hugh Andrews as the director of Herman and I have pieces of information every month on their present activity and E-mail it to the FCA.

I see that there have been quite a lot of arrests,court cases and assets of crime being seized involving individuals scamming people or hiding behind the company and pay people to be named directors and open bank accounts.

These people think they are untouchable.they will be when they are in prison.

Hugh Edwards was the Director of Hermay not Hugh Andrews. Not hopeful that you are in the know at all

Sorry my mistake,Hugh Edwards was the Director of Hermay as you say and got confused with Hugh Andrews a name he used for another company.I think it is now 6 names Hugh Herschell has used that the FCA are aware of.

Just a couple of things to be aware of Anon who posts on here may well be a spy in the Morgan Forbes camp and the woman who claimed to be Hugh Andrews ex girlfriend as they were together for 2 years you would have thought she would have known and said what his real name was..

Your talking rubbish. For someone that gets updated monthly will know the company name, well at least the spelling, the directors name and will also know that no one has been arrested because I spoke to the FCA and the latest is they are still investigating it and look to conclude the Morgan Forbes investigation by the middle of this year. So whoever is trying to give answers here is lying and trying to imply they know it all when really all that a investor has to do is contact the FCA directly as long as you are a investor and they can see that. Regarding Hugh's girlfriend or ex, that I dont k ow or can confirm but I would like to know Simona what address is Hugh at, at present and what company is he running and for who?

I am aware the criminal investigation into Morgan Forbes is ongoing at present,will be decided if they have enough evidence to take it to trial sometime late this year and if it does the trial is probably about two years away.

The FCA have visited me at my house twice for over 8 hours about my investment and other information regarding company scams that has set up in the last 3 years.I would guess they have pretty well interviewed everyone they need to regarding Morgan Forbes but are now gathering evidence on these other scam companies where Michael has run the company paying someone so much a month to be the director and set up the bank accounts while he syphons off the money to one of his many off shore bank accounts.

If the FCA have evidence that investors have been scammed with different companies by the same people they are investigating with the Morgan Forbes (Acropolis-Amber Crest) scam that can only help the case.

If you have spoken to the FCA you will know that they will not normally give you a yes or a no answer,dont like saying too much which is understandable but if you read between the lines you get a small understanding what is going on.

Well done. Tell them everything just in case they didn't know.

Anybody know if Glenn King, Hugh Herschell, Hugh Edwards, Stephen Todd, Sami Dosanjh is or know any information on them? These are the men behind most of these latest scams

A scam will have taken place when investors have not had money returned to them.
