These last few posts are not from Michael Nascimento as the FCA are still investigating his activities regarding Pearl Island so there would be no reason for him to pay any investors back now.The FCA will know by the end of the year if the case is going to court and if this happens they it would be in Michael Nascimento interest to pay back investors as if found guilty it would mean a shorter sentence.

Yes the proceeds of crime act has been tightened up considerably over the last few years leading to fraudsters losing a lot of money buy maybe not everything as it depends how well his assets are hidden but the authorities are finding even the most well hidden assets.I am sure that the authorities know that the several million he has put in his daughters name have come from the proceeds of crime and will be seized.

All investors can do now is to wait for a update from the FCA that hopefully we should get in the next few months.

The number listed on page 50 a that of M. Nascimento is not genuine.
I rang it and asked if it was him and the guy who answered told me I had the wrong number.

Michael Nascimento still owns that house but has not lived there since the begining of the year,,he rents a larger house relatively near but cannot give the address on the open forum.

It is not Michael Nascimento on the forum and the number is I believe one that Hugh Herschell has used in the past but do not know who uses it now.
