I always receive a call from this number. My mother had it to and my husband as well. I am extremely annoyed of it. Can anybody tell me who use this number?!!!!

This whole thread is about internet scammers offering services and equipment. Since no one has posted about the name of the company making the offer, I would assume the calls are from scammers.

I received phone call from this PLDT no.  0280000007 then cut it.

I have also been receiving calls from that number as PLDT appeared on screen.  What really is happening? It has been years since someone posted about it for the first time.  Why is it until now it hasn't been resolved?

This call number is unknown answering this number may result of nothing as it answer nobody will speak up but today it has come back my phone has been missed called 4 times as it the same number rumors said that this caller is in philipines.
