Got it twice. I think its from the retention team of pldt. Since we requested a disconnection if the line. The kept calling and hunging up. They should really know how to handle customers and not like stalkers trying to scare other people.

Its PLDT with another broken process. They are so incompetent, that when u ask to disconnect, they have some broken script that just starts ghost calling the account owners phone. Maybe theyre trying to frustrate us so much that yah just resubscribe. They are animals
