- DP - a real MCSE replies to TommyJust got off the phone 2 of these bandits, I actually do have Microsoft Certifications, to my joy I kept the 1st guy on the phone for 30 minutes before he transferred me to the "Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer" - Microsoft changed their certification and titles at least 3 years ago.
After another 5 minutes he worked out I was scamming them back when I started to ask the Senior guy what Microsoft Certification he had and if he used the cheat sheets to pass his exams like they all do in India and Africa.
My partner and brother inlaw have had calls from these crooks before, I'm glad I was home this time. - ShirleyA terribly rude lady called "Anna"called,... with an Indian sounding accent... and claimed to be from Microsoft yesterday trying to get me to turn on my computer, with the sad stories that you have all reported. I asked for a number that I could call her back and she gave me 0280915001 and said to call within 5 minutes. I DIDNT, but instead rang the 'Do not call register" and reported it to them. But today I again got a call from 'Anna" almost abusing me for not calling her back. She was so pushy I had to hang up on her. Later in the day I received a call from an Indian sounding man this time trying to sell me solar panels. He went on and on talking and I had told him I had panels but he didnt listen, finally in his talking I managed to tell him again that I had solar panels both for Electricity and Water, and he said 'YOU ARE SON OF [***]" twice !!! At least that gave me a laugh !!! We quite often get two calls per day. Am getting sick of it !!

- JeanIts Saturday morning 9th June 1912. It was 9.00am when the phone rang it was from (myTechOnline) claiming I had numerous computor infections/virus that were on the verge of freezing or have my computer crash. These guys went on and on, about how serious this problem to my computer is that it needed urgent taken care of. I told them I did not have the money to to fix the problem there and then but, would call them back once i was able to arrange payment. All the while the one hour or so, conversation went on I was rather suspicious so about their motives. However, I thought about it later that should I have any computer problems of any nature I would prefer to take it to the shop where it was purchased and have it sorted out there, where I know its a legitimate and reputable place of business.

- ArtI was contacted yesterday by mytec.online, by a representative called Scarlet who said she was calling from Sydney (0280915001). During that same call in which I unwisely gave access of the computer to them, I also had conversations with a man called Ron and a woman called Stephanie, all Indian by Nationality. During the process I was alerted by a family member and a computer professional that I was being scammed. I have had numerous calls today demanding payment. BEWARE OF THIS GROUP. The experiences of thoser who have posted previous comments as a warning are the same.

- Nan replies to BERRY J PEARSON(NSW)Positive post in bad English! Guess what, one of the scammers trying to pretend the company is legitimate. They always use the same phrases and over the top praise and expect us to believe them. Pay attention loony - we know that the people who 'phone are scammers and know nothing about our computers - go away.
- HELEN R replies to Tommy| 1 replyNO Mr Tommy you have some confusion or mis understnding means somebody else or scammer use there company name and do this kind of work.Mytechonline.net teams members are supportive and polite.
please check from your bank and find out this.My Name is HELEN Roberts and am registered with mytech from 10 months till 2 years more.
so please check and inform mytechonline team members - Nan replies to HELEN RNo, as i told your colleague above, you are a bunch of scammers. No-one cold calls offering to "fix" the computer except scammers. No-one who 'phones knows anything about the computer. They rely on scare tactics and lack of computer knowledge. You also have the strangest use of English for someone called Helen Roberts.
- JudyJust had a call from Ron @ Mytechonline - Windows Servicing Department. He had me open up a file on my computer and showed me these warnings & errors, telling me that this is infecting my PC and that is why is it slow in responding. To fix the problem, I had to complete an application and make a payment instantly, but when he quoted me the prices he failed to advise me that it wasn't in Aust $ until I brought it to his attention. I also questioned the cheaper deals but he said it was for pensioners (not by the website it isn't). I told him that I would read the full details on the website, investigating and before making any payment, thus leading me to this page. My son was in the back ground the whole time saying it's a scam and to beware.

- BagsYeah it's still going on, had 4 phonecalls in the last 2 weeks, luckily enough, I have done some IT courses and have taught myself a whole lot more, and my missus knows better than trying to going into real depth inside the programs...
Played with one tonight and ended up wasting about half hour of his time,,, finally ending in me giving them a mouthful when they got angry about me not letting them have remote access to my pc...
DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR PC unless and and its a big maybe you called them to fix your pc... sometimes MS will do that, but i wouldn't allow anyone into MY PC EVER- Caller: myinfotech.online

- PedroMytech Online are scammers They stole $3000 by accessing my bank account, claiming they were removing a virus from my computer
Their address of 15/14 Martin Place Sydney is fictitious and their phone no 0280915001 is redirected to India. - WaryI have just logged onto this website and read all the other comments regarding 0280915001. This Indian lady by the name of Chrystal Parker (dodgy!) was very pushy and also told me I needed to buy a software warranty for my new computer. Thanks to everyone for lodging their comments.
- Wendy PPhoned my mother saying they would check her computer for visuses associated with windows programs.

- NorbertHad a call from 'Mytech Online' about my computer 'windows' registered with Microsoft apparently obtained by a research company operating in my local area. Since we are on the no call list, my scam radar was already up. The first step seems to first determine whether there actually is a computer in the house. "...calling about your computer.". To which I replied, who said I had a computer? Told, 'Sir, you have registered with Microsft Windows.'. That is strange given I have a Mac! Didn't tell her that, demanded to know where she was calling from, got the mytech online as everyone above. Asked where...of course Sydney, where else do we have all our Indian call centres! The background noise sounded like all the other operators were sitting around a kitchen table so I asked her who her call centre was as obviously she was working a contract for 'mytech'. She told me no, she was calling from mytech, yeah right. After hanging up on her, checked google and got this list. I particularly like the comments above entered by the scammers themselves! Just how dumb do you reckon people are? You are working for scammers and if you're half Hindi, then you need to consider how karma might impact your next lives...

- I-hate-scammersI have had many calls from people claiming I have one problem or another with my computer and I always ask them for their name, phone number and business name. Usually they hang up before I get all this info as they obviously realise I'm a waste of time as they wont get anything from me, but the gent from mytech online was different. Even after I told him he would go to hell for stealing, lying and cheating, he still tried to convince me he was legitimate..lol. He gave me the name Ashton (although he certainly didn't sound like an 'Ashton')
and the phone number he gave was (02) 8891 5001. Dont know if they have more than one line, if they changed their phone number or he forgot the right number.- Caller: Mytech online

- Ada BroomhallI have just received a call from this number from a person called Angel asking me to continually press F8, luckily my desktop is broken atm and I originally thought the call was from the seller, but once they asked about the laptop and do the same thing, I became suspicious, hence now googled the phone number, thank god I didn't do it, the person (Angel) left me the same number and another persons name - Trisha, saying this person was her supervisor, who in a Microsoft windows supervisory role be called Trisha by customers, not professional to me, this made me more suspicious
Cheers

- LeanneI got a call from "Claire" today and I said I am sick of getting these scam calls etc... she tried to convince me that her call was legit. It was lunchtime and I had visitors so said I was not interested. She gave her name Ph(02)80915001 and mytechonline as a company name. She said call me back later. I will not be doing this though. Obvious it's the same scam still running
