Have been having calls for about 3 weeks from this number. Assumed it was Citi related and this thread confirmed it.

I requested not to receive this call from Citi at changing details of my account time, but they still call.

I used to just ignore it and not answer, now I answer and hang up straight away.

I am cancelling my account tomorrow so hopefully they will stop calling after that.

Been having these calls 3 to 4 times a week, at all times and yes - the line just dies when you answer.  I called the number back - you get a recorded announcement saying they are Peakbound - an authorised representative for Citi.
If you hang on - you get put throught to an operator  ...   I called a few times and when the operator answered - just hung up...

You can check out their website - http://peakbound.com.au  there is e mail links to the GM / operations officer - so why not drop them a line and ask to be removed from their lists.

I got another dodge call from this number again.

I too have had numerous calls from this number. when i went to the Peakbound website i located their switchboard phone number and called. it says they are on holidays...how the hell are they calling me when they are on holidays!!

Just got a missed call from 02 91911653 without leaving vm.  I called citibank yesterday about my account and they asked if it was ok for some insurance to call on my mobile rgd insurance - pretty sure it's them.

Just got a call from this number ... I didn't answer and they didn't leave voice mail.

Hi Citibank - I got one of these hang up calls today. You have not fixed the problem. Sort it out now you incompetent fools.

Same, 20+ calls from 02 9191 6153 over the last month.

They never leave message, so of course I'm not calling back.

A missed call from this number today. No message left.

From prvious threads I believe it may be telemarketing on behalf of CitiBank in regard to insurance.

I say this as when activating my new card with CitiBank the other day they asked if someone could call me in regard to this.

Nothing positive but it does seem to link up.

I'm not with Citibank. I get these calls. I'll block that number.
