Just googled the number and this came up!! Had two missed calls in the past two days and glad I didn't call them back!

why are these people calling me'?........

had a missed call everyday for the last three from this number,not answered no idea who it is

HEY EVERYBODY GETTING THIS TYPE OF CALL...................Do what I did the first time I got it, I "Screened" it, now I don't have my mobile telling me I have a call, but it IS showing that I have missed a call..............NICE, yeah.

maybe your 8 year old should'nt have a mobile??? jus sayin.

Just got called by them today. Looked at the number and suspected it was a cold call, didn't answer and they didn't bother leaving a message, glad I found this site to confirm it's these bunch of idiots!

Called 14/5/10 at 15.35.  Answered by noone there and call cut off.

I just phoned 02920822640 back I went on hold when they answered it was the 3 call centre

we got a call from them told the 2 fook offffff

Today, I received  a call from this phone number, but I didn't answer it. Actually, I don't care this kind of noise because it usually happens in my country.

i had a call today from 02920 368793 and again the guy who called himself Andrew Woodyatt told me last spoke to me 18months ago. Then they were known as Communications Direct, now known as Veercao or something similar?
Anyways, i tried to gather as much info as i could and have looked some of it up tonight.
All looks a bit suspect to me. He gave me this no to ring if i wanted to ask anymore info about then
0844 801 2004. Anyone had this before?

Called my Mobile. Asked for my partner ( different surname ??) and told her my phone was PAYG ( never has for the 15 years I've had the number) and that the operative was from 'Free' and she should upgrade ..... BYE! Refused to say how they get my/her information albeit incorrectly.

just recieved a call from that number answered it,the man had a very bad accent. trying to flog me a pay monthly contract phone on 3 mobile costing me £17 a month, i said im on pay and go they still asked me questions saying that i would benifit more. how would i benifit more WOW new phone i have a decent touch screen 1 and its in pink plus im on 02 network and only top up £10 a month get free call free txts. then he asked for my bank details i said no way im happy with the phone and network im with thanks. and the funny thing is he new my name and i didnt even give it to him(spooky) anyway i ended the call asoon as he asked for bank details and then i had a voicemail saying he will be calling me back at 3.30. im like no you aint so what iv done is saved number in my phonebook on my phone and added it to my reject list. so he cant even contact me. makes me wounder how the hell they get phone numbers. UNLESS the network im on has gave it to them.  ANNOYING little fookers. so to anyone thats undesided on whether to answer call or not. NO if you have missed call off em just add number to reject list because if you answer it and say your on pay and go they still try and flog handsets and contracts. hope this helps anyone.

had several calls but have added to my blocked list, so at least I don't have to listen to the phone ringing during work time when its not important.  have no idea who it is but going by this forum probably another mobile company

Just phoned me and said they was from 3 network and calling from Cardiff, when i said I wasnt interested he asked if my phone was pay as you go or contract, i repeated i wasnt interested and he again asked if my phone is a contract phone, I then asked why he is hassling me when ive already said im not interested twice and he said 'yeah thats what im payed to do, give hassle to scum like you everyday' so i hung up, ive never had a phone on the 3 network and after that call i wouldnt ever consider getting one eiither now

I received a call from this number too, did Not answer it, nu sense calls, timer wasters. Any idea who it is?

This number called me at 12.20 this afternoon but as soon as I answered it went dead. My phone is pay as you go and is registered with the TPS, as is my landline and my partner's phone..

Google the Telephone Preference Service, you can register more than one number with them. it stops your number being given out on lists that the companies pass on to "interested third parties". However it doesn't stop calls from places where they are randomly combining numbers to see if they get a hit.
