someone is calling you from a skype phone. i didnt realise this until a friend told me when she called me using hers. its not spam - just someone who subscribed to skype as their voip/internet phone. the static/funny noise could be internet buffering.

I keep getting this crap too.

Always Indians, I asked one where he was phoning from, he said Birmingham..... the display said it was international, although most of us regard Brummiestan as a foreign country now.

I just had a call from 0301 i answered and there was no reply so i hung up. For the last week I've had calls twice a day from 052308625 and this is really starting to piss me off as i answer each time and nobody answers! So I'm going to block the bloody numbers, and i suggest everybody else that are getting unwanted phone calls to do the same!

just had a call from this number saying they were british finance and that id applied for a 1500 loan hmm dont remember. he said his name was Michael and had a foriegn accent. the background was to quiet for a call centre and when i asked him for their website address he stumbled and took him five minutes to give it to me when he did it was www.48hrloans.com. i then looked at the website and instanlty told him that it wasnt profesional enough for the so called big company. he then asked me if i wish to go ahead and told him no and put the phne down and instanlty started searchin to find out if it is a scam. and yes it is so please if these guys ring you dont give them any information please to aviod being scammed lets hope one day these [***] can be stopped x

They are trying their best to gather money through these scams to start their terrorism worldwide!!!

This number persistently keeps phoning, up to 10 times per day.  I want to stop this happening now!

Got a call from the 0301. Was informing me I won some prize.

just had a call off 0301 and wen i said i wasnt interested in saving money on monthly pay outs the indian guy got annoyed then said they done a survey in my area n 30 - 40% struggling with payments told him that doesnt mean we are then asked for manager there wasnt one asked for superviser and said they should be on available. The cheeky bugger was yelling at me and hung up when asked for superviser.

I just got the call a few moments ago and rejected it. It's too weird to see +0301 calling on your phone screen! Kinda freaked me out a bit! :/

Did the same thing after I rejected the call jut moments ago; brought me here. I know right! The hell can four numbers be a phone number? Too annoyed!

I'm not on virgin and get these calls from 0301 not had the pleasure of speaking to anyone yet but had about 5 dead air calls - surely there is a law against being an annoyance stopping me do my decorating......

This morning, my phone  told me that I have missed two calls - 1 international, 1 from +0301. Thinking it was a call from home. I gave my mom  a ring and found that it was not them. So I thought, it could be one of the job applications I submitted. Googled, and here I am. Wonder if this has something to do with filling out online forms.

Had a call from this number at 04:30 this morning.

We thought it was a bad news call, but didnt get to it before the answer machine kicked in.

0301 - called just 15 mins ago - they just hung up.
not for the 1st time.
Grrrrrrrr - wish my fist could materialise at the other end of the line - I'd give them what for !
