2.    Recently, I received a call from AirAsia INSURE offering me Life products underwritten by AIA. I was wondering whether AirAsia is selling these products?
Starting from July 2011, AirAsia INSURE together with American International Assurance Bhd. (AIA) is offering life insurance products such as Cancer ROP and CIROP through the telemarketing channel. These products are product designed by AIA for AirAsia's loyal customers.

3.    Who is AIA Bhd.?

Betul ke tak betul airasia or aia tu. If nak ambil insurance, better amik dengan family member atau kawan rapat yang jual dan boleh dipercayai. Zaman sekarang semua nak ambil kesempatan kelalaian orang. Buat apa nak close deal dengan orang yg kita tak pernah jumpa. Kalau amik dgn family member, sekurang2nye comission tu membantu saudara. If ada problem. Kita boleh jumpa dia. Telemarketer, kita nk jumpa siapa. Takde human touch.

U GUYS HAVE TO KNOW THIS IF U WANNA KNOW TAT THE TELEMARKETER IS SCAM OR NOT...? SO, FOR "STUPID" PEOPLES, THIS WILL BE GUIDE FOR U ALL..

THE DETAIL ABOUT THE BANK TAT THEY NEED TO DEDUCT FUNDS AS THEY SAID IS... :

1)EXPIRY DATE ON UR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
2)16 DIGIT NUM APPEAR ON TOP OF THE CARD.

3)IF THEY ASK ANY DETAIL ABOUT UR PIN NUM OR 3 DIGIT NUM AT THE BACK OF THE CARD MEANS, THEY ARE SCAM... REMEMBER THIS .. ! IMPORTANT !

SO DONT SPOILT THEIR CARRIER BY TELLING WRONG INFORMATION TO EVRYONE IF U DONT KNOW THE TRUTH. IN MALAY WE CALLED "JANGAN BUAT FITNAH".  

IMAGINE IF U ARE A SALES PERSON, WHAT U WIL FEEL WHEN A CUSTOMER REJECTS U AND TELLING SOME WORDS TAT CAN CONDERMS AND HURT U. SO JANGAN LAH TABUR PASIR KAT PERIUK NASI DIA ORG..

PUT OURSELF IN THEIR SHOE. U PEOPLE IF NOT INTERESTED IN THE PROGRAM TAT THEY OFFERED MEAN, SO JUST REJECT IN A PROPER WAY.

MOST OF TELEMARKETING PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD ACTUALLY. SAYANG JE U ORANG YANG LEPASKAN PELUANG YANG MEREKA TAWARKAN SEBAB "KEBODOHAN" U ORG.

They called me too and I have been chasing them like a mad person. The worst part is that I get charged for calling their customer's service

I punya bank akaun takde duit so even if they wanna deduct the money from my account, ada rm2 je dalam tu. huahahahahaha

Anyway, if you guys dont want the insurance, tell them but in my case, the lady deducted said I purchased something, which was the cancer policy. I agreed on the free insurance (Free PA) for 30 days but not the cancer policy. But, if you know about Law, you dont have to worry much. Just call them and tell them to cancel or surrender your insurance. Call them until the finally do it. As long as it is within 15 days from the date you receive the letter, its fine; you can cancel your purchase. Then, ask for refund. If you feel insecure, after they have given you your refund, just block them. You will need to make a new atm card. Some say that they can detect your IC number. I have called the bank and the bank said they cant block the company; what they can do is just block your card and then give you a new atm card. That's all.

hahaha i lose RM77 but, i managed to hunt them down and after talking to the right persons, I managed to submit my declaration letter saying i dont want the insurance. You can do it within 15 days from the date they deducted your money. However, i heard that they can still track you down using your IC but i dont think they can deduct your money if you have cancelled your card =D

saya baru je dapat pangilan dari no ni 03-20340777..tentang benda yang sama..nasib baik saya tak bagi no acc...apa2 pun kasian dengan orang yang jadi agen insurence ni. dia org sedar ke perbuatan yang dia org buat xhalal..dengan niat menipu atas kelemahan orang lain... semoga tuhan akan maafkan dan bukakan hati mereka untuk ke jalan yang benar...amin.

dah kasi segala maklumat bagai cuma x kasi no atas kad atm ja sbb dia kata nk debit card bukan atm card..so perlukah saya risau lagi sbb saya takut baca komen xelok bagai..huhu

same as u too.. but mine caller didnt show the num.. i also get alert after he ask bout my bank acc.. but when i said i need the phone number to refer back, he say the phone num will get on the policy which will be post to my house after deduction of 1st month down payment..

why lah u all so stupid if they want to cheat u they will said u get free ticket to london but u must rm100  for airport tax, i think u will give all you account detail  even pin no to them. u think people will use insurance to cheat.
