RECEIVED THIS NUMBER WAS IN MY MISSED CALL LIST.

This is a scam call. They claimed they are from AIA Insurance, wanted to offer an upgrade on insurance of my house's loan (which never existed). Previously they call me with another no. 032544670, saying the same thing..

Yup. I just received a call from 03-20371666 just a minute ago! They said they're from Public Bank Islamic and want to offer like life insurance or something. Its a lady, using like Kelantan/Terengganu accent. I know there's something fishy, but I just layankan je. Adalah dalam 15minutes dia bebel. Lastly, she asking my home address. I refuse to give to her. She sound like bengang. Then I just hang up. Then I google this number and found this thread! Careful guys.

Got a call from this number. Claiming they are from AIA.

Just received this call just now....This guy Offer Free Personal Insurance from Public Bank Promo through AIA Assurance to get credit card info SCAM.

If there is anything nice to comment about this caller, s/he is very persistent, never give up easily. Is a scam. Don't answer this call.

Got a miss call from 0320371666 and also 0320544672. Guess they are same. Didn't pickup as I set phone to silent

Received calls and missed calls from this number. I picked up the call but hang up from the other side.

I don't think this is a genuine AIA number despite the auto answering machine identified itself as AIA Careline. Reason is that, I received the call at 11.42pm on Friday but as I returned the call just few minutes later, it says that the office is closed for the day and askes to call back on the following Monday. Weird because AIA won't close this early on Friday and AIA official Careline number starts with 1300, not local KL number with 03 prefix.

My bet is this is either some telemarketing company assuming AIA's identity or some scam syndicate trying to get our personal info (I read thread and found out someone has been asked for bank card's number).

So just be extra careful and more vigilant when receiving calls from a person claiming from AIA.

Received this "RUDE"call named "Sharif" on be half of Public Bank said offering Program Cancer to their "valued" customers?!!! Just say no interest, IMMEDIATELY hang off your call!!! This is what how Public Bank train their people to their customers????????

Received call from this number, saying is public bank want to service account, but is looking for my wife. i ask him to call my wife number, he say only got my number. i ask him which pbb account number he is referring to, he say 'thank you' and hang up.

saya terima call dari nombor ni 20/2/2017...suara macam perempuan india...bagitau dia dari public bank...saya dah reject awal2...tapi dia bagitau bagi masa sekejap...dia minta alamat rumah untuk bagi details...saya just bagi sebab dia dah bagitau takkan buat apa2 potongan bank...dalam masa 2 minggu saya terima kad kredit dan selepas tu terima polisi dari AIA...saya abaikan ...then bila saya cek akaun bulan 3, dah 2kali pemotongan dibuat dalam akaun dengan jumlah RM164 sebulan...memang rasa tak puas hati...sebab cakap tak serupa bikin...dia bagitau takkan ada pemotongan dibuat jika tanpa persetujuan...ini dah potong kenapa? Nak mengadu kat saper ni?

I got this number's call and claim to be from Public Bank and required to brief me through the updated terms and condition of home loan. He know my name and birth date. He requested for my address and occupation and i find it suspicious because when i said my address wrongly, he just accepted it. I believe this is a scam call. Please refrain from giving any information.

just received the same number yesterday but i didn't pick up. and then 0320544672 called me up this morning. it's from PBB who knew my name. i wasn't free to talk for long and told her to call back later after work. now i see that this is suspicious. blocked both numbers.

received this kind of call for 2 weeks. It's very annoying!!

As I know , public bank do not have telemarketing department. This is outsource company which selling AIA insurance
