Got a call from this number, Palace of golden horses , indian girl if not mistaken her name is Puspa..she is very bad in her english tough... claimed i got a free medical check up with holiday packages... got my number from one of my freind which she dont know whom it is... as my number was in her system.. i think its all bull***t... she can even say its located SOMEWHERE in KL- Seremban expressway..not even sure of the place...  she was even suprised  when i said yes ill come and asked me repeatatively of my confirmation.. when i asked her "why r u askking so many times - she replied cause she needs to print my vouchers..) Palace of golden horses should take action on this scam...(my voucher number given by her was (I3564)

my wife baru dpt call (july 2010) from this number,bagitau yang kami terplih utk  jamuan makan2 sempena mjlis pembukaan hotel .Then,my wife said,must asked my permission 1st.Esok paginya they called lg,kali ni nak confirmkan persetujuan kami,this time aku yang angkat tp mrk mcm xnak ckp dgn aku tapi nak jgak ckp dgn wife aku.Petangnya,they called us back,tanya knp kami xdtng padahal kami laki bini dh confirm nk datang,they claimed dh printed mcm2 smbil marah2,kata mereka ,lain kali kalau xnak dtg,jgn confirmkan,(mcm paksa aku dtg,kononnya sebab salah aku confirm setuju nk ke sana)..bila masa plak aku confirm?wierd lah badigol so'od tu.aku seranah balik dlm phone,they tetap salahkan aku smbil membebel n letak phone..aku sumpah hidup diaorang x aman and they will meringkuk dlm bukit aman.Xde tindakan dari pihak polis or pihak yang bertanggungjawab ke?

Just received a call from this number, a guy mentioned my full name and hung up immediately without saying anything else. Rather suspicious.

It's a number from some spammer.. u pick up okay, just dun disclose your information, ask them everything that you want.. But when they asked back, don't give them.... I apparently seemed to them as an underage (20), thus they never requested anything and close the call..

The main thing I would like to know is how they are getting the numbers ? Is it through legit methods or are they buying them from information peddlers? If illegal can they be shut down ?

Confirm no 03-21754999 tu bukannya panggilan drpd hotel tersebut. nmpknya semakin menjadi2 prank call ni. Kalu manusia x bertanggungjwb ni baca message ni, jaga2 la sikit sbb aku kenal org di bhg siasatan jenayah. aku dah record tarikh dan masa ko call aku...aku akn pastikan ko ditrace smpi ke lubang cacing. silap org la....

I just received a call from this number today. And the weird thing is that the caller is looking for my mother. and the next question the caller ask is how old r u? what a weirdo.

caller yg bahasakan diri dia "akak" bg tau i yg dia staff dari palace of golden horses. akk ni ckp ada buat event dan pemeriksaan kesihatan percuma dan jemput i dgn my family buat check-up.

Nope..it is calling from a office around KL.its not a scam but rather frm Telemarketing office .the free Medical check up/screening is real..but there will be someone who will tell u all about the membership ..i went for the screening but didnt join the membership..

I got a call from this number, they got my info from the lucky draw which I submitted during Chinese world book fair, inviting me to their company event at palace of golden horses, also claim got free medical check up...etc. They also promised to give me a voucher 3d2n accommodation after the event ...ask me to bring some friends too.
