hi guys, i just received the call from the same number. n she asked me as the same u guys posted here. but i was a bit blur at first, as she's talking too fast and i can't understand bcause she's speaking malay + english with chinese accent, and i was unable to find the reason she's calling me. but she stated that i have to come to the hotel, as the voucher is valid until 31st dec. i said i can't bla bla. and she keep asking me to come to the hotel tonight. i just said, i dun think i can make it. at the end of the conversation, she said she will call me back after new year, and i only said ok (sebab malas dah nak layan). but it makes me thinking. at first she said the voucher is valid until 31st, then kenapa nak call after new year?

then i google the hotel to find out if there is any event starting from today until 31st december. but i can't find any. then, i googled the phone number. suprisingly, i found this page and lots of other website of scammers' phone number. and yes, she stated my infos correctly, like my gaji, my occupation, married/not. how did she got all the infos. after i went tru all the comments here, i realised that it was from the big bad wolf where, there's a chinese and malay lady at the front door of the book fair asking to fill up the lucky draw form.

Got this no call.
I have checked with the Mines Marketing.
Some what they want to promote their hotel and medical thingy.

Berhati-hati terutama pengunjung pesta buku di PWTC 2-3 Feb 2013.

baru dapat telefon dari nombor ni yang cakap saya menang cabutan dari pesta buku 1 malaysia 2013 dan kena ke golden palace horse untuk ambil baucer.. dia minta datang dengan keluarga. mula-mula saya percaya gak dia cakap tapi after siasat nombor ni, tipu jer rupanya. apa yang buat saya menyesal saya terbagi nama parent, no parent n tempat kerja ayah. Orang ramai sila berhati2

Mujur tergerak hati nak check phone no ni. Dpt panggilan dari no ni sejak minggu lps. Hari ni baru saya jawab panggilannya & mmg sebijik info yg diberitahu kat sini sama mcm yg saya dengar dr org yg call tu.
Konon menang cabutan bertuah..pandai btol dieorang collect data dengan kelirukan kita semua "Cabutan Bertuah"

22.2.13 received a call fr 03-21754888/999.Saying TGH cerebating 15th annivesary & giving me a free 2D1N stay in TGH, cruise & free makan..

Appointment 25.2.13@11am. Around 10.30am received a call fr a malay guy named Khairy 016-2231080 he wanted to confirm my attendance & ask me call him once i arrive TGH. My hubby felt something is going wrong..he worried me will be cheated later..beco2 the guy earlier on remind me 2 bring my credit card. And i asked him back...do i need 2 sign any package? The guy answered me NO NEED, u just need to pay RM 6 for parking fee.


So...b4 we ahead 2 TGH my hby checked his phone no in website...& found tis page...
Thanks God! Luckily we didnt go...if not wasting our time & our hard earn money!!
He keep on calling me x8 ( use his h/p & 03-21754888.)..i didnt answer it, then he sms me: Madam, r u coming?
I replied him in manner: No..Pls JANGAN buat DOSA lagi...
After that SMS he stop calling me!
Hopesfully he knows he is cheating people & will stop his ugly job!

Any idea who is the authority or department in-charge we should report to? so that action will be taken against the scam.

Yg pertama minta saya dtg ke mines utk claim hadiah lucky draw, big bad wolf 2012 (1night stay at one hotel n dinner).
Google no ni n found out they are the bigger n badder wolves who prey on people yg pgi ke bbw aritu.
So, saya xpegi..last week die telefon lg n tnye knp xpegi 19jan aritu..sy jwb bz..die kate  klu sy dtg ke bbw fire sale blh g mines blk..tp sy xnk ttipu dgn org2 yg mcm ni.. ckp mcm pksa2..kciann pkcik2 n mkcik2 yg da kne tipu dgn mines ni..law people, cane nk stop ape yg diorg wat ni?

so what is the catch? Trying to trap customer with holiday package?

I just don't understand why everyone is so panicky n scared to death about all this calls from the so call number.It's telemarketing n they are marketing their product thru the phone.....not selling.so if you are interested just go n see what is it all about but if you think it's a scam just ignore it.I went to PGH(not TGH)n they serve me light refreshment took me for a tour n free BMI checks n try to introduce their package...but they did not ask me to take my wallet or credit card.....so beat it guys everyone is making a living here and its not stealing or robbing us.....even the advertisement on TV is not the real thing...at least you got some vouchers before you leave the hotel.....as what the telemarketer told my hubby...we are not taking your money but we are taking your time....so we give you the vouchers to thank you for your time....n remember guys nothing is free in this world...you want the vouchers or gifts you sacrificed your time lah......aiyaa bising saja

I would like to complaint on their services and their “high” class treatment which I’m not satisfied. Hence I would like to warn people out there who received any invitation from the Palace of the Golden Horses Health Sanctuary campaign becareful of what you sign up for.

First of all, Golden Horses Health Sanctuary (GHHS) will offer a holiday package to stay at their hotel, if you go and listen to their talk. At their talks, they would convince you to sign up for their “high” class health screening saying all VIP are here to do their medical check up. Fair enough where the place is very presentable and feel with comfort to do a medical check up. The package starts with RM13,500. The moment you sign up for the GHHS, they will immediately process the payment through bank and made you commit to pay every month to the bank. What you don’t know is, GHHS will quickly ask the bank to process the payment without your notification and once the payment transfer, it takes few weeks to notified you that your payment from the current credit card is successfully transfer to them at the full amount. What you don’t know neither that their service is not as good as they spoke off.

When you membership is expire, they will take a month later to notify you that you need to renew your membership instead before the expiry. That would actually deny your access using their facilities until the membership is renewed. When you feel dissatisfied with the services, you would actually complain to the management but the management would not entertain much and reply your message much later. The moment you cancel your membership, there is [B]NO COMPENSATION[/B] as they would used the agreement to says that the bank has fully pay them at the full amount and would not refund any credits to you. From there you realize that they would not take any negotiation and complain after they took your money. Would you pay for something that is not worth paying or not using, and the moment you cancel, you still have to pay for it which is absurd? Few of GHHS members had this issues and they would hope that the GHHS would do a negotiation to reduces the burden of the customer. I do hope that complain.com.my would do an investigation and warn the people out there that such campaign is no more different than cheating people’s money. It’s worse than an insurance agency where the insurance agency would actually give back a sum return to the account holder when they terminate. It’s hard to make a living. Since there is no negotiation that the management would like to discuss and made their final decision, then I do hope complain.com.my would investigate on the behalf of us. We had paid enough and we do hope to stop paying it as we are no longer using their facilities and do hope the GHHS would settle the remaining debts to the bank in order to give a fair situation for everyone.
