Do I need to lodge a police report? Only managed to call back the number a shortwhile ago and no surprise such number not in service.

I'm worried cause my case was almost exactly like Angel's at around 2pm today. Except that the customer service officer was Benjamin Wong and he sounded proffessional. When I complaint he said it was probably identity theft case and advised me to lodge report to BNM. What else have they done??? I hope they didnt hacked the data on my mobile?

Got a miscall from the same num yesterday early morning 8+, din know scammer started their work so early. Too bad I haven't woken up yet.  Lol. I don't have an ambank cc too. Its a scam!

Just received the same called few minutes ago. Its definitely scam coz i didnt own any AmBank cc too.

i just receive call frm tis no 0321888888....the machine talking and need me to comfirm or aprover one transaction with amount rm38,000....i m comfuse becouse i l never having ambank account before :-

I received the call also, checked with Ambank, yeah, it's a scam, they already escalated this to related authority.

Believe me. Its scam number!

I just receive called from this number. It is an operator voice call. Saying pending Ambank credit card transaction 3K+. Ask whether to confirm. Anyway I also dont own an Ambank credit Card. then the voice mail request me to press '0' to talk to customer care  , the guy cannot able to talk English and broken Bahasa Malaysia .. he asked my name..I told him my name (Partially) but when  he ask for my IC nr , I told that I will check online your contact number .. the guy immediately he hang out

lets report it to police. this is a criminals.
i dont own ambank credit card..how can RM3800 credit.
it maybe searching for panic prospect/ person and response to them.
then start to collect money they dont deserve. PRANK CALL!!

I had received call just now , je took all my details..  His informed I make transaction from klia.. And amount will 3800rm.. Total from last month transaction will be 6000+++rm.. And he ask me to call bank negara .. I called immediately but she reply its be cheated.. For the further I have more carefully if some one ask about my details.. Lucky I don't have any credit card..

This happen everyday in Malaysia.. Where is the integrity of BANK SECURITY & PRIVACY at Malaysia.
The simply got our phone number and sometimes a detail information about us.
it maybe "orang dalam" (insider), that involved in this serious criminal. The answering machine ("sound Chinese woman")
with LIAR sound. It maybe no connection with ambank at all.

I've made a polis report, Its a confirmed scam. I wish more of you will come forward to make more polis  reportS, esp those who gave their personal information to these scammers. Protect yourself against future problems. Don't be surprise your info is also used for new credit card application. car loans etc. PROTECT YOURSELF NOW. KEEP THAT POLIS REPORT FOR FUTURE USE,

received this no 0321888888 just now..  this is not ambank number.. ambank costomer service number start with 032178****.

its fraud. I've got from this no too. Say i hv pending transaction credit card bla bla bla...i dun hv any credit card.
