I just receive called from this number 0321888888. It is an operator voice call. Saying pending Ambank credit card transaction 3K+. Ask whether to confirm, repeat or customer service. Anyway I also dont own any Ambank credit Card. then the voice mail request me to press '9' to talk to customer service, the guy answer & he asked my name & IC..but i didn't tell him anything coz suddenly my mind think if they might be scam or they might use my details for other things huh!

Latest happened just now, please be careful. The insident describe is same as others, check with AM Bank Customer Care and told is a SCAM.

Same as mine. Received a call & saying that I own AM bank credit card for amount RM3K+. I straight to hang the call.

i received too.. said that RM3814 pending for transaction! I dun even have a credit card. I request speak to the operator, but he seems like not professional at all... I straightly hang up the call. BEWARE GUYS!!

Also received from the same number.

First with the recorded voice message, a girl with Chinese accent read the script badly or she was mimicking a computer generated voice. Lol! I even pressed 5 to repeat the recording.

Then press 9 to speak to the operator. A guy answered it, still a Chinese based on his accent but this time his English was good. He asked me to give my details for verification, but I refused and I just gave him my contact number and asked him to query the online system. He said he could not do the query and so I hang up.

Just happened about 10 mins ago - same case as everyone else (automated voice message, 'RM3k transaction' through Ambank when I have nothing to do with Ambank at all). Only, when I pressed '9' no one answered. :/

Received call same number around 11.05 am this morning. How many of us report to the police?
How come this number still active and still try to fraud us?
Can TELEKOM or SKMM do something about this?
After received this call, I'm rushing to call my credit card bank and check whether any transaction in this morning.
It very annoying when we face with this call.

It's a fraud I believe, received this call as well. Spoke to the 'operator', he doesn't sound professional as a banker. I don't have any AmBank account either.

Got a call from this number too... didn't wait till the message end...    Same message, ambank cc..

Me too... just a minute ago.... I managed to talk to the "operator".. he said his name is Eric Toh when I said I want to speak to his manager or supervisor he kept on saying I'm from customer service center in an unprofessional manner.  

Who should we report to in cases like this... such a nuisance!

I think this is another way for those scam rats caught us to get panic. I received this call as well and be frank, I dont own a credit card from AmBank at all.

i received a call from 0321888888 saying i have a transaction pending to approve 3K++....press 1 to approve, 2 to dicline and 9 to speak to our cust service. i pressed 9 but nobody picking up...
