I just received miss call from this number. Then, for checking I call them use another number. Yes...this company is P&A Smart Solution n they not mentioned wat their company business dealing with when I am asking. Then, I search any detail about this number in google n I really appreciate with all of ur comment. Nowadays not easy to trust people. For me, if we all got any bank debt, better we settle direct to the bank. No need for us to ask help from any company tat we dont know who they are.

My goodness the number above made me so embarassed...he  fon my ofis and force my friend to give my hp number and threatening my friends if they didnot give my hp number they will be accused of ' bersubahat'. I was scolded by my manager and almost lost my job just because of rm 55.00 (fifty-five ringgit malaysia ) overdue.This is a very bad company.They used false name and when we called the P & A Solution there is no person/s with such name.The police should look into this matter.

Untuk sesiapa yang terima surat atau call dari company ni, jangan layan. Diorang bukan debt collector yang sah. Diorang dapat phone number atau alamat entah dari mana lepas tu kata kita ada hutang. Sebenarnya diorang xde pun info dari bank/kad kredit/ptptn.

So jgn apa2 info, kredit kad number, bank account.

sometimes ppl apply loan but using other ppl hp no in the hp column...

kalau da under akpk, x pyh layan semua calls tu... x updated la info diaorg...

I just received a call from 03-22647999, after verifying my Full Name, IC and Address, saying got a Poslaju to deliver to me. I ask who is the Sender, he refuse to disclose.
Then I check in the website, I found that this is a SCAM.
And worst thing is, I confirm my home address. :(
Anyone, please advise.

Aku penah dpt call mcm ni..org yg cakap tu mmg bagus..sopan..dia minta bayar 5k on the spot utk elak kena tindakan mahkamah..yg jd mslh bila aku nak bayar 1k dan balance secara ansuran dia x nak..bila aku call bank plk diaorg suruh rujuk pada mamat td ni blk..bank ni 1 hal jgk dah aku nak bayar dia x nak layan..lps tu aku suruh sepupu aku yg keja sbg lawyer call mamat tu x jwb2 smpai sudah..smpai skrg x settle2 ..klu diaorg ni bt keja btl knp x nak jwb???klu kita x jwb kata nak lari hutang..masa kita nak settle diaorg x nak layan..apa2 pun aku respect dgn mamat tu sbb cara cakap tu mmg sgt sopan..

I only 15, why they call me and said I have credit card debts to settle with public bank. I still go to school, don't have a credit card. Then they scold me and force me to pay 5k or they wanna report to police. What to do

Yes, this company is a SCAM, why?
Because I don't have any overdue, I always pay on time and even pay more, so why do they need to call me?
Simple, they just whack any phone number hoping you would signup with them.
DON'T! Just deal with the bank directly, or AKPK, or Bank Negara, never this company.

I received a letter from this P & A Smart Solution (M) S/B:

-We were at your house earlier today to discuss an urgent confidential matter pertaining to your good self. Due to your unavailability we were unable to do so. Kindly contact our officer to arrange to discuss the same.

Hi before u guys speak look at your self!!! The reason this company calling u ppl caus whn the banks try to call u guys u ppl avoid all the call... N thy dnt have choise to pass the file wit recovery agentcy.....if u guys realy have guts plz go n make report after tat u guys will knw wat would happen n wat will the high court n bank negara take action againts u guys...... The letter with the same contents received to today addressed to my son.  There is no letter head, just a plain A4 paper.  Feel so curios, so I checked thru internet by typing the company's name.  So lucky at I found this page.  Thank you guys.

I got job offer for this company, then I did research to find company on the internet and I found this blog. Thank goodness if not i will like one of them. Nak cari makan kita pula yang kena makan. DAMN!!

Dapat surat dari P&A Smart Solution yang menyatakan mempunyai Tunggakan bil .Padahal  saya bukan pengguna syarikat telekomunikasi berkenaan.

I am not siding anyone, as a banker, I need to speak what is right or wrong. If you believe you do have or you do not have applied for any credit card, the first thing to do is to check with the bank. If a recovery officer from an agency called you telling that you have a debt, ask for bank details and what type of credit card that you have been claim to have applied for.

If you did not apply:
There might be a reason why you are called for. Your name had been use a guarantor. Believe me, this can happen. They called you just to remind the outstanding payment regards to the person who had applied the credit card without your noticed or you had forgotten about it or you might be the person to look for if he/she can't pay the cc debt. The only wrong doing is that the person who called you, did not mentioned from A-Z. What they know they are appointing all the debts on you. So be calm and be smart. Again check with reliable sources.

If you did apply:
If you have not pay the outstanding, well you have to pay it. Bad thing about having cc is when you delayed your payment, the interest rate will keep on going and debt increases. When you can't stand the outstanding you stop paying and besides you have commitment. That is when the bank hired an agent. There are some good agents and bad ones. Like all bankers', agents have the right to collect your debt. Some with good communication with courtesy and  some doesn't. By hook or crook, please pay what you have owed. Do not argue about the interest as you have agreed on the day you signed the agreement. So please review back all your agreement and do keep it safe. Some debtor they need time to pay and bankers and agents have to deal with the loss. Both will not gain any benefit.
