Looking for ex staff, told them that I just join this company so wherevex staff go, not sure.
Kept calling my number and threaten my wife to come my house .
Better we join this company, then take lots if loan and let their staffs pay after we resign.
Must be their policy that if borrower not around, colleagues have to pay.

If collection agency x call. Bank sendiri akan jumpa. Hati2 la..ada kenalan2 or relative u guna ic copy tanpa pengetahuan you utk buat personal loan. real story

Dam obvious you are working for a debt collection agency or P&A smart solutions itself.. Don't think that we do not the law when it comes to ethical debt collection! And please don't be stupid and challenge us about reporting the matter with the Police or Bank Negara. Under our penal code system, adalah satu kesalahan jenayah mengugut penhutang todak kira apa alasan pun dan pesalah bleh disabitkan kesalahan dgn dihukum penjara maksimum 3 tahun.

Second thing, it's also an offence under Bank Negara regulations for debt collector to call your office or home. Debt collector are only allowed to call your personal mobile phone from 9am till 7pm and nothing more. You people are lucky that you haven't met people your own size where such people will tear you guys apart easily and that people is me (although i x de hutang lah) If any of my friends come to me with such problem, I will more than happy to request the court to send you guys a written summon and restraining order.

For the rest of the victims, please do not worry and always remember to seek a lawyer advice on this. If you need to, get the lawyer to bring P&A smart solutions to court and put them on the front of every newspaper. The lawyer will be more than happy to take your case to court cause can claim for damages which easily reach 30k to 40k. It was damn annoyed! and she did call bk n call bk to me scold me bk with rude attitude! WHAT THE! I don't even knw how to block this number from my office number, someone know? Keep receiving a call from 03-22647999 claim that they calling on behalf of OCBC.
Asking for the name whom calling , keep asking me just ask the person to call back the number i just gave you.
Then i realized something wrong with this company, and i decided to check online about this contact number.

Jangan bagi muka sama dorang. sebab kalu kita takut dengan dorang habis kena main suh bayar yang bukan. So caranya apa2 pun bagi surat dari pihak bank etc. tapi mohon saudara saudari celik undang2 berkaitan perihal begini. Sebabnya kalu tak mereka akan suruh mcm minta kita bayar. Memang betul seblum apa2 check update status pembayaran, jgn pandai2 nk dtg rumah peminjam anta notis yg takda letter head..surat merah la..tu la tak professional. yang pasti kalau saya hutang tetap kena bayar. cuma kekadang ada masalah kewangan. bagi saya tak payah debt collector ni..pernah ada yang datang rumah peminjam kena tembak. so beringat2 la ya debt collector..kena ada ilmu juga..so biarla bank yang buat keje dorang..sampai naik mahkamah..sebab kesian kekadang kena maki hamun, cari la keje lain..Wallahua'lam..HUTANG TETAP HUTANG.
