Father received something similar on this too yesterday.. claiming to be an inspector ong from bukit aman. I think the number has been masked with Bukit Aman's number. Please beware.. If police suspected on you of something (whatever that is), they would have you go to the station face to face.. They wouldn't call you and stated so much of rubbish.. To hell with all this thieves... If they can think of these means they got the brains, but why couldn't use the brain to do something legal and better for themselves rather than to prey on other people's hard earned money???

I received a phone call from a polis sarjan, KL, but the phone number shown was 0060322663333, claiming he had detained 2 individuals with photocopied of my IC. When I told him that I will make police report at the police station near my area, he got angry and ask me to go make the report and bring it over to KL (his office) by tmr 530pm, if not, all my banks accounts wiil be given to Bank Negara to be freezed. I told his no problem....and he hung up.

Me too.i received similar call yesterday.i told him please talk to my lawyer .

same number here in Seremban ..my friend got really spooked

Today i received a similar case. One man said he is an inspector from Hong Kong, Tel no is 0085268850844. He said he had caught two men whose name were Lam Hong Hin and Yap Chun Hong. They were suspected to involve in Money Laundering Case, He got my IC no and name from them. He also suspect me was one of their member. He asked me to call KL Bukit Aman Police Station named AP Chong 03-26163999 , hp no: 010-2966050.

He asked me a lot of myself, regarding bank account, Citibank acct and so on. He forced me not to tell lie regarding bank account information, if not, he will freeze my bank account through Bank Negara too.

Don't believe them....

I got the same call from 03-22662222 today. Asked me to go Bukit Aman Block G Tingkat 5 to see him. Asked him: Apa masalah?
He said: You sendiri tau lah with an angry tone.
Replied ''ok, ok'' then i hung up.

cheating group. ignored them. Same thing happen on me today..just 1hr ago. Same story call from Ismail. Ask to meet at Polis headqtr...bla bla bla..

anyhow, you are advise to be log a report in balai.

Same story. I got a number from this number this morning.

I got a same call from 0320319999 today

This morning (12 Feb 2012) I received a similar case. One man said he is an inspector from Bukit Aman, Tel no is 03-20319999. He said he had caught two men whose name were Lam Hong Hin and Yap Chun Hong. They were suspected to involve in Money Laundering Case, He got my IC no and name from them. He said this two man had used my name apply some credit card and used in Hong Kong. He asked me to call Hong Kong Police Station (to block the card) named Loh Keong 0085268850844, hp no: 016-376 9690.

He asked me a lot of myself, regarding bank account, Citibank acct and HSBC acct. But luckily I don't have acct in this two banks.

Don't believe them....

Gotta call fr Bukit Aman today at 11.05a.m... to go to Bukit Aman next week... did not give details??? I grill for more details from the caller, eventually he hung up

1stly i get the call from pos office who leave a voice message to me said that i have a letter from high court and failed to sent to me..then ask me press 0 to operator..when i press 0,a malay girl ask my name and ic num and tell me that i got a letter from high court and now they already pass to bukit aman police..she will ask bukit aman to call me..then she give me 5 digit and keep ask me do u know why the letter will pass to bukit aman?i feel something wrong then i directly hang up the phone..after tat,a man name inspector chua call from bukit aman and ask me izzit i got the 5 digit number?i say i no have and i keep ask his full name..he ask me to see him in bukit aman tingkat 5 at 1pm but i reply him wait i free 1st..

after tat i call to secretary of mca youth selangor to help me check and she give me tis website i only know got so many cases happen before...i heard before tis story but never think will happen on me..haha..

please becareful,dun easily to trust anyone especially ask u to pay money.. :)
