my 12 yr old daughter has been charged £18 for 4 texts last month and £18 for 4 texts this month, how can this happen?>

Billed thirty quid. chased up EE. They text me the detail of an apparent text I'd sent out. "adult dvd product sent off this handset with no receipt.... rang the number ..auto answers welcome to customer services were not open..gives open hours ...then says leave voice mail or email customerservice@oxygenaid.com  ...Google it...The ip address has been edited 40 times and url page up for sale..... EE will not help

EE obviously are getting a cut of the money from each text from this scam!! Also, when I asked how they got my number, I was told people like Carphone warehouse gave my number out... Although I have only bought contract from Orange shops or via Orange/EE website!!!! BullS#%T!!!!  Change your Network Provider people!!!

I've just started receiving text messages from this number. EE gave me their number but can't get to talk with anyone. I've since blocked their number on my mobile. £3.75 for each text message. Not happy. There's got be something that can be done to stop these cheating people from robbing people.

Call PhonepayPlus helpline on 0800 500 212.    Anyone charging premium rates for unsolicited text needs to be registered with them.     Service from OFCOM.      These people are unknown to them.

I have received unwanted texts and they have charged me 4.50 of which I would like a refund and also for them to stop sending me these texts on my mobile. This is a formal complaint so kindly act on this asap

Did you read the purpose of this website at the top of the Homepage?  It is a forum  and has nothing to do with the people calling you or anyone else.  If you had bothered to read the post from "bob" right above yours you would see who to make your complaint to.

I have been getting charged £4.50 per week for the last 2 months.. didn't realise, it is an adult chat that send and charge you text messages. Either text STOP to 65405 or if this does not work, register your number to TPS, this has stopped me getting sales calls full stop.. and is illegal for them to send it/call you..

I have been billed for £5.10, rang Virgin Mobile up to query the cost they say it's something I have subscribed too ( I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THEM ) They also told me that only I can unsubscribe to this company, I rang the number as instructed by Virgin Mobile which no doubt I will be charged for again got a automated voice that kept me on for a couple of minutes to be told there was no one there

I had a massive bill because of YOUR calls. I am disabled, you are disgusting to do this to people.

I topped up by voucher on line with EE today 27/1/2016.   I then called them when the full credit didn't show on my phone.   I was rudely told that a 3rd Party had taken £4.50 off my credit.  It appears to be the same number 0333 3137900.    Apparently its some dating line number, which I don't need as I have a partner already.

This is obviously a scam as I have not given anyone permission to do this.    Anyway after all afternoon phone calls to Trading Standards and EE, there is little that can be done to stop this happening again.     The only option I have is for them to send a new SIM card out to me and then they will update it to my old number.    Therefore whoever is doing this won't be able to access my number being hidden by another number!!!!

Contact PhonepayPlus ( a service from OFCOM) on 0300 30 300 20.   Any service that charges you for receiving texts is required to be registered with OFCOM.

I keep getting texts from this company and they charge ME £1.50 per txt!!! I have never subscribed to anything????

Just been charged £33 from this company never heard of them was given a landline no by 3 phoned waiting for a reply
