The same thing happened to me on 23rd December '18.  A £3.75 charge for something that I never authorised.  Called EE and they gave me contact e-mail address of: customercare.uk@dynamicmobilebilling.com (sounds suspect from the start!).  There is only a premium rate phone number for Kalastia Consulting Ltd (0333) 313 7900. The company are based in the UK with Cyprus operations.
EE said they cannot refund me the money or stop any further requests from this company as its from a third party.  Disgusting! THIS IS A COMPLETE FRAUDULENT SCAM.  Best to report to trading standards authority to stop other innocent parties being conned, and to get number blocked by calling EE to request this if you can.

I am with O2 and they have refunded the money charged to my account due to n unwanted text charge from this number - a company called Kallista based in Cyprus.  O2 have now blocked all premium numbers for my account so will not get any more unwanted calls.

Had same problem - but your mobile number doesn't have to have been passed on from a 3rd party.  As per a friend in the Met. lists of mobile numbers are freely available on the black web for anyone who wans to buy them.
They can apparently do something if the company is UK based but very little if outside the UK.

This scam company is making a fortune with the help of O2 who consider them a reputable company, time we told them to stop supporting them by listing them on their database of approved service providers

I am with O2 and been charged for texts from 60444 which I didnt sign up to. O2 told me to contact the company sending the texts. They said O2 couldnt put a block on the premium numbers which I found very unhelpful.

Wow. I'm with O2 as well and just had the same thing happen to me with kalastia consulting on behalf of fruity cell.com. O2 are giving me my money back with no problems. But insist I signed up to something, but there no way I did.  Funny how it seems to be a lot of O2 customers at the moment.

Have never contacted these people nor received any message from them. However 02 charged me £3.50 for their message and told me to send a message saying 'stop' to 65099. I asked 02 how much this will cost and they don't know.

I have never signed upto anything, never heard of Kalastia which apparantly is a company in Cyprus. I went on the online chat on o2 but didn't get anywere so I rang them up and it got sorted. They have blocked the number and given me a full refund of all money that was fraudulently taken. I will say though when I questioned who this company are he was very sheepish and couldn't give me a straight answere !!!

I had the same issue as noted above. A random text message "For yr latest in-home guide to transforming your health and happiness visit feelgoodwizard.com/login.............  I also got a Shopsafe PIN number texted.  next thing I know I have a £3.75 added to my bill. After a couple of calls to O2 (who said they couldn't remove the charge) they've given a £5 credit as a goodwill gesture. Worth pushing O2!

If you get a message from 65099 you are going to be charged £3.75. Reply STOP immediately. Then block the number. Contact your phone company and request a refund. I am on o2 and they basically say there’s nothing they can do and they even know it’s a fraud. She even said I MUST have accidentally subscribed or a family member has! I directed her to this site to show it is happening. They eventually refund the charge if you keep at it, it just takes a while which is annoying but on o2 they will give you it back as a “goodwill gesture”.  Advice is to check your bill every day for any charges. Unbelievable that they can’t do anything to stop it.
