i have had 6 texts off this number chargrd me £9 on my fone bill not happy

O2 advised  send a text STOP to 66299 to stop the service.

EE told me to contact them to ask for my money back

My son is receiving text messages from this company which charges him 3.79 each time he's bill has been charged so far by £60 it's ridiculous and EE can't do anything.any advices please?

You need to address that request direct to the originator of the charge.     It is most unlikely they will read your post here or pay any attention to it.

This company is charging me 4.50 for them to send me a text that I have no idea about it. They are a robbing company

Being charged for service i have never wanted............

Got charged £4 this month. when contacting O2 they told me bcoz of the txt message i received from 'Shared shortcode' while i never heard them before or even saw any txt frm them, so weird. O2 gave me the number to ring 03333 137900 to stop them from sending me messages and requesting for a refund. But am worried if i call that number i might get charged more!!

Why dont some organisation sort these scum sucking scammers out. whats ofcom doing about this?

Just been charged £18 from this number no idea who they are want my money back.

I have just received big bill.  Spoke to o2 and they gave me this number said I had received texts from them ... I never have!!!  o2 gave me number to text to stop but told me was going to charge

i have not asked or used any of this services.
I want this investigated.

Previous posts tell you exactly what to do........ but you need to do it yourself.     That service is not available through this US based forum.   All we can do is publish the information to help you.

Really important that you read previous posts.     The texts and the charges will not stop till you contact the sender.      Even blocking the texts will not stop the charges.    Sorry, but that is how these things work.

Same as everyone else charged for subscription I did not apply for been to EE shop they have put a block on that number for me don't know whether I will get money back

How do I claim back the money this company is stealing off me ? I have not subscribed to this company do not use the numbers there for you are all thiefs I would like it back ASAP
