I've had a text, same as others have, saying call urgently - except it is sent to my name.
But as has been said, why text? Why not phone, email, write?  Sounds to me like they are just fishing. Not phishing, but considering the number of texts sent to wrong names on here, perhaps the debts they are chasing are old and many mobile numbers re-issued to new owners. I had a dispute with Sky who ignored my cancellation, then kept sending demands but eventually quit. Ignored my emails. if they flog my "debt" to a collection agency for £1, that's better than nothing, and a collection agency that buys a debt for a quid is hardly going to spend much pursuing it. Texts are cheap, automatic, no operative required. What does it matter if 9 out of 10 numbers are re-issued and 9 out of 10 owe but don't answer?  the one per cent that do could bring them a few hundred quid.

I got a text to call this number but looks like the callers number is "Lowell" not an actual number. I've read the other comments so know it's a debt collector.  They gave the address lowell.co.uk too

same sort of message. Asking if i had been affected by covid 19 and offering me their support!  Really!

I have been getting this txt for at least 4 months now! Thought it was a scam, but almost went to call it, then checked this site.. I will delete it as most seem to have done... festering nuisance!!

Six months I have been ignoring these text messages calling me by Simone else's name , being "Slowimir Kasprazk " I'm never going to answer and will continue to ignore these messages .
