They tried to ask me for all the information on my credit card.

I only gave the expiry and 16 digits card number, which I think I am stupid also.

I did not give the 3 digits code behind card as I felt fishy and no one should ask for this information as it acted like a password.

Their details under the Terms n Conditions tab. Beyond Pavillion Card and Beyond Auto Assist is a product and subsidiary of Beyond Pavillion Sdn Bhd (Co. Registration No. 950777-M) with registered address at No. 2-3-1, Jalan 6/18A, Taman Mastiara, Off Batu 5 Jalan Ipoh, 51200 Kuala Lumpur.

I called Ministry of Tourism since Beyond Pavillion stated they co-op with Ministry of Tourism http://www.motac.gov.my/

They said this company/travel agenct does not register under them and has nothing to do with them.

Then, I called Suruhan Syarikat Malaysia SSM.

They asked me to provide the company no., which is Co. Registration No. 950777-M.

They said the company was registered but did not know if it's active and what operation model did they use to do business.

They advised me to report police. Then, bring the report to Consumer Pengguna department at Putrajaya. According to the person from SSM, someone from Lembaga Hasil will investigate and the company will be closed if found true it's a fraudster company.

Upon checking on this, I called my bank and they advise to block my current card and replaced with a new card even though I did not give the 3 digits code. I had to bear the replacement fee 10 MYR. @@

last year i already kena this last year , they keep tell me the good of this card and including 1 insurance.
and then today she call again and say about the insurance policy need to add in my wife name. and they didn't charge for any cost.
and 5 minute later another department call me and ask me to agree for the name chaging and the fee that they need to charge.
really a scam company~!!!!!

上个星期六20/08/2016她们再次打来说要RENEW,老公PASS给我接听,bla black bla了一轮我说不要,要CANCEL,如果被骗一次你觉得我还会被骗吗?为什么要求给CREDIT CARD背面的PRIVATE CODE?她不敢回答我! 她很LC的说要报警就去报,总之要CANCEL就要先RENEW,要给RM330了才可以CANCEL,不然她放我老公名字去CIA😠😠😠

This story might seem long and tedious but bare with me.

Received this call today saying they are Beyond Pavillion. Not sure if this is the same case but thought I share my story here. Received their phone calls last year before going by a different number. At first they call to tell you that their service is FREE and their coverage is for a lifetime and activation is absolutely FREE. Then they ask you for your bank account. I was occupied with work that time and didn't pay attention to her motives - so foolish of me. So I gave the info.

Minutes later the bank calls me telling me that my bank has been deducted RM440 for some sort of activation or registration fees. All I did was go to the bank and block and inform me of such further transactions. At that time I tried to look for this company online. The only results I got were people reporting being scammed. Most of them stating they were offered for FREE and ask them for their bank info. Plus, there were no company websites or relative sites support their business. Only a website displaying their business license or some sort.

A month later I did received a letter from them containing a card and some other stuff. The next time they called, around March, they asked me to activate a FREE account for another person, I confirmed and reconfirmed if its really FREE. They said YES so I said I was being fooled to the first time but nonetheless I included my dad for the second account cause I thought I received the letter containing all the stuff and they had their official website by then (http://www.bpavillion.com/) - foolish of me AGAIN! Then bank called and told me another RM440 was charged for activation. So I told the bank to put it on hold and called BP back. They said our call is being recorded so they have prove I said yes so I cannot deny the transaction. So I was scammed RM880 in total utter BULLSH*T.

Fine, let it be a lesson to me. RM880 is a-f*cking-lot of money to me. I'm not rich but I just tried to let this matter subside. Then they called me today, saying that they will charge some more for something which I cut her (different lady) off saying I don't want any bullsh*t from them and demanded a termination. They said I will have to pay the fees because they will demand that I settle the fees before termination. So I mentioned the FREE things they offered earlier on. Didn't you used to tell me that everything was FREE and why was I charged RM880. They told me the RM440 for my dad's account was refunded to me few days after they charged it. I said I never received any refund and needed proof from the bank if it were true. They told me to check the record and will call me back on Monday. So the rest of the story is yet to come on Monday...

I'm not sure if this business is legit or are people trying to scam consumers in the name of this company. It looks legit with all the website and the letters. All I know is I'm a fool for making such a mistake, and even making it f*cking TWICE! And I ain't proud of it. Everything regarding rules and regulations/terms and conditions done through a phone is hard to confirm and shady at best. But I thought I should share my story here and I do hope others know what they are walking into. Be careful guys!

我的故事很长，但是真的是亲身经历2015年的10月，接到来自018的手机号，对方是位女性不清楚是巫裔还是印裔，电话一接完全有我的质料，她说她是beyond pavillion,我家在装修吵得很，我却听到aeon,刚好当时的一个星期前我刚申请了aeon credit card,而且也才启动新的信用卡几天而已。我误解了是aeon bank 是向我确认质料，她还告诉我说他们有service card,永久性的。一嘴流利的英文说的又快，我这边又吵。就这样莫名其妙的卡被刷了440，我当时已经拒绝了，银行打来跟我verify tracsation,我拒绝，但是她说我不能拒绝因为已经过账了，靠！为何还要致电给我啊，你们爱刷多少就多少啊,反正我就是不能拒绝了。当时就气到不清，自己也是位新的信用卡用户，结果冷静下来想想，我的质料是被aeo bank的职员泄露的，而且还跟beyond pavillion的员工一起配合来坑人，吓人。其实当时只要我不认同，自己再致电aeon bank 就可以了，难怪当时她一直致电给我就是为了要快快确定付款。rm330买了个教训，当时也打去银行要求换卡，因为质料泄露了。换了卡后，没一个月，又接到类似电话来自018后面的号码不记得了，而且他们都会有好几组号码，这次也是service card 的服务，直接被我骂是骗子就盖了。今年2016 九月，她妈的018号码又来了，这次的是0189464665,0182120311 好几个来自这两组号码的未接来电，我还以为有什么重要事情，结果一接就是去年的beyond pavillion，这次是通知我我的个人意外险就要到期了，必须交付330，我真的是一下就火了，我说我根本没买你们的什么个人意外保险，她就说只要我成为了beyond pavillion的会员，就自动生效这份保单，如果不还累计到第二年还是要还660，必须先付今年的保费然后再填表格取消保单。我不同意不要给我讲一大堆了。那份保单不是付款后才生效的我就是不还，有本事你就给我断保。太气了，冷静冷静，我就去找回去年她们公司寄来的那些所为的文件，里头真的是有一张纸写着policy，里面还是印有axa保险公司的logo，不过里面写的不过是保障的数额，而且跟我们一般的policy完全不同的，我就致电去axa保险公司询问，给了他们那所谓的policy no,再三确认都没有这份保单存在，自己也安心了。结果两个星期后来自0376101950，妈的这次就说不懂是qva,还是qvi的保险公司打来的，说我的个人意外保单满期了因为你是beyond card 的会员就一定有这份保险的。今天怎么又换保险公司了呢？这次这个马来婆就没那么镇定了，我大声的问她你跟我讲多一次你们什么保险公司打来的，而且我已经打去确认过没有这份保单的存在了，我也不同意你所说的，她就赶快说那没办法我只好继续帮你办续约，要急着盖电话了，我也没让她说完也盖了。真是花样摆出。google search 了才知道原来还有那么多的受害者跟我经历了一样的事情。真心希望有关单位真的能为人民做些什么，他们已经那么泛滥的再欺骗民众了，我们只能的分享出这个讯息。我相信如果这些人还没被捉获，我明年还是会收到这种电话，说我的保费×3倍了。

他们今年也打来问，因为我更傻的被骗了两次。拿了880来买教训而且第二次还是帮我爸爸买。那时他们说也可以帮我爸爸申请免费，我当时也把Beyond听错以为正好有人打来问。

今年差不多9月他们也是打来说我的卡到期了要多付。我直接问他们我已经被骗两次了而且两次都说是免费可是都被charge钱。他们说他们已经refund给我了。我根本没有留意过有这种事发生。他们就叫我去check我的户口，然后说过几天再打给我，说到这里我就直接盖了。当时他们是礼拜天打来，周末都做工？我也去银行check发现根本没有refund的事。我平时得空都会check下我的户口。所以这种事早就被我发现不可能会忽略的。

结果过几天他们用另一个号码打来好几次。我以为重要，又不小心接了。他们说是时候要我付钱了。我就说我都没有收到refund，没有收到refund不用跟我说付钱的事。他们就说真的有refund几个月前就过账了，如果真的过账，早就把一切日期时间告诉我了。我说银行那么多个月都没有过账不可能，不用骗我了。他们就说如果不付钱他们有权利报警。我也说不如大家一起报警反正大家都不服气。全程她的语气态度都非常烂。我也盖了她电话。

刚刚又收到电话打来了。不过没接。

Received calls from 019-985 7833 claiming they are calling from QBE Insurance. Don't remember that I signed on for QBE. So tried to stall her and asked for further details. Pretty soon she mentioned Beyond Pavilion and I hung up. Getting restless that nothing is done to stop this scammers.

I received this call also just now. But the phone number not same as u all provided anymore, its 0164201419. Said the same thing, when I asked him how do I know whether he's recalling calling from the company or not he said will send me details n call me back tomorrow. But I didn't provide him anything.

Guy, no sure if this is from the same company slash scammer, but I received a couple of missed calls from this number 018-7762884. I did not answer the phone but I looked it up on Google and saw people claiming this to be a scammer.

Just trying to look out for you guys. Stay safe and be careful. It is better to register or apply for things in person rather than all these "make believes".

Call bank, tell them what happened and they will allow you to dispute it, most important thing, cancel your credit card.

I received their call again yesterday, saying that my insurance going to expired, ask me to pay for RM330. I told her NO, i already terminate the membership and canceled my credit card, she keep asking who i calked to terminate, i told her to check by herself and i will never pay for that. She said: OK, if you didnt make payment now the amount will double up by next yr. I said: Whatever, you can charge if you want. Bye!

I will wait for their call next yr and see what story they will tell again. Lol.

Well, they did threatened to call the authorities. I told her that we should both call the police and meet in court. Then she hung up the phone.

Yeah, we should update each other if we receive any calls. They are annoying and it's getting on my nerves.

Beware of their new company name called New Venus Travel Sdn Bhd also. Locate at same location. Got fooled as well.
