About the RHB Insurance thingy, he told me if I wanted to terminate the policy, I have to pay the remaining fees because of it was under Beyond Pavilion 2 years contract. He warned me if I did not make payment by today, he will issue lawyer letter & penalty up to RM3000.

Don't pay any single cents...as them a black n white copy that u have contract to make the payment n than only can cancel..

Yes. 2015 .then now 2018..always call with different number and said cannot be cancel must renew due to company procedure.keep active for 2 yrs..just nw calla gain said last offer gv rm330. then proceed termination leeter..wont call kacau anymore..this time i ya ya and block the contact.

do not provide any information or believe in anything about what they had said.
they will give excuses like put you into CTOS blacklist so that you will be scared and pay up.
there is no such thing as need to renew "insurance" before can terminate/cancel it. it will be lapped if not paid up.
they will just keep call you every year and try to scare you out of [***]

How do i report this? They just keep piling names up and ic and more charges. J got fed up. Said cancel but didnt. 10 different ppl call me up. Said settle d still got. Fcken scam fraud these beyond pavillion and rhb insurance

Too bad. They really won't feel ashamed. Even the government had changed but they nvr did. After the last call, I refused to pay the RM330 to cancel the 2 years insurances. I had been told to be ready to receive the lawyer letter. After 3 months, I yet received any lawyer letter & the old agreement letter that promised to send me a copy since I din received anything at the first place. Maybe they living at the other side of the planet. And hell ya, I received their call (0189464665) again 2 days ago, 31 May 2018. Talk gentle & fresh bout the 2 years policy cancellation have to pay RM330 without mention the lawyer letter anymore. Hope they don't back to haunt you every single day. Using "Unknown / Private Number" to haunt everyone. GLTA.

These were the numbers who kept calling me. At first had been told calling from Beyond Pavilion. After that said calling from New Venus Travel. Next call was said calling from RHB insurance and asked me to online banking RM330 to cancel the insurance but then the guy who on the phone threatened me that I have to do it now (the day was Sunday, do RHB bank opened on Sunday?). He sent me in WhatsApp with this details:
NEW VENUS
AC0UNT NO : 514338503880 (MAYBANK)
RM480.00

So, now he was RHB insurance agent which he told me in the beginning of the conversation but now he sent me New Venus Maybank account (Maybe he was a double agent).
For those who doing money laundry, plz do one good thing for the citizen. Use this account for money laundry. Or please someone who can do hacking bank account, this account should have million.

However, these 3 days, I had received many calls from them. Spamming my phone, they're so hard working though. Hope they know what company they are working for, the karma will follow. Need survive in this city, please don't survive in such way without honour. Cheating poor 30-40 years old white collar's blood & sweat money is not proud.

Whoever working in Beyond Pavilion & New Venus Travel, please find another job, don't let the company turned you into the next innocent victim that who wanted to seek for justice that able follow & located your home & hurt you. Company is not going to cover you with RHB insurance.

I also received the call many times. I stupid enough to pay it for two years and even put pewaris name. Then after that they told me me have three policies at their place. So turn out that the two pewaris name I put they make them become separate policies. Then ask me pay for three policies. Now when I received call and they say they are from beyond pavilion I will straight away end the call.

I also received call yesterday from beyond pavilion said that need pay RM 480 for renew..
I send the termination letter to he proof that it was cancelled however the guy said that is different and he is from collection department.  If I not make payments will take action to me, I was request the office address and contact said I will settle everything with the company and he said no need,so when will this stupid thing stop happen again....

Receive the call last week, and ask me to pay the insurance 2 years ago. they say the insurance is from RHB bank, but I check with RHB , they say I didnt have any insurance with RHB.

hi all, i have experience of it too. they said must pay rm330 only can terminate the policy, but actually NO, even paid already for terminate policy, they will still calling ask for money every year. so, just dont paid, ignore them, blocked their number, even they said will send lawyer letter or what, is just scaring you only, they wont dare to do that, coz their company not registered one, not valid company.

Is same case with what BEYOND PAVILION or NEW VENUS company called and said is related to our credit card.

1st : They keep verifying all the info of our credit cards (USER NAME, CARD NO, VALID DATE, etc)

2nd : Told us about their discount card! We said don't need but keep saying many benefits and rewards from their card. Don't need any charges for their card but once you confirmed then they will said need to deduct RM480 charges for 1 year.

3rd: After rejected then they change to another version story to make you confuse again. Introduce their accident insurance and keep saying if you use the credit card then must buy the insurance for user safety. Their words is very funny! They will make you confused and make you until agree to their products. After that, started to deduct RM480 from our credit card!  Very funny is keep talking insurance but at the end talk the discount card again! Still say the charges is for the card not what insurance!

4th : They keep saying their company is under registered and still say if next time you receive some disturb calls for this type of service you can call this number back again! And will send the cancelation letter to us but at the end also don't have. Will give a lot of excuses what the email cannot go through or others bulls hit reasons!

**This is the lesson (LOSS RM480) for me!

I will make some complaints to my bank! Won't let them cheat my money and spend it happily!

Be careful. i just receive their call just now. They now hide their number, so you will receive a call said "Hidden Number". Don't pick up the call.

Hi im facing the same problem...they asked me to pay rm330 for insurance which will be the last payment in order to proceed the cancellation...if not next year it will double up...rm660...Any solution for this problem..A lady called me today and talked rude asking to pay rm330 if i still want to proceed cancellation...
