izzit also called from Beyond pavilion / scammers? because I didn't answer it.

2017 Feb 13th, i had received a call from 0182274157, 0376101950 and 01137170656 from Beyond Pavilion. Same story as everyone here talk about we should share this to everyone to avoid more victim get scammed by this company.

Same incident happened to me as well.

Can't this happened since 2015 and till today March 2017 this company is still actively to call people up. I'm so regret for being so stupid and bluntly give them all the details without considering the motif and before I check out about this.

First call from a lady called Jenny via 018-2014768 to explain about the discount card benefits etc but from my understanding is not instant payment for RM 480? 2nd call from a lady (I guess is the superior) via 03-76101950 to verify and confirm about the details and transaction.

After the phone call, I feel strange and went and google about this company but turn out there's so many victims and then I decided to contact the bank directly for report and stop the transaction. Unfortunately, it's too late and they already charged for that amount of RM 480. The bank pic suggest me to call back and ask for cancellation. I tried to call the two number again but no one was responding to the call. Again I contacted to my bank for solution and they only can suggest me to fill up dispute form for further investigation.

Please take note people! DONT SIMPLY GIVE OUT your personal info the over the phone.

How you settle it? Since I am facing same problem with you too...

我老公也同样接到了018-9464698 & 03-76101950 电话，被骗了RM330。我就从他们发来的付费简讯就知道是诈骗集团。没想到意外在这里确定了是真的。结果我叫老公把信用卡取消了。真的好气！！！

UPGRADED VERSION OF BEYOND PAVILION

First of all, a lady call from this number 018-9462881, talking a lot about this discount card in very fast pace. After hung up, another number 03-76101950 follow up for verification. I denied to give any details as i'm busy and end the call. The same lady from previous call me again but this time from number 018-3540887. I said i am busy, she told me won't cost me much time, just 2 minutes and they will read out my details and need me to confirm it's correct or not. 03-76101950 called up again, and this time read out my credit card number correctly, so i say yes, and gave them the expiry date.

After this happened, i called up my bank and they say i shouldn't disclose credit card number and expiry date to other parties. They don't need my 3 digit security code to process on any transaction.

I just got a call from this lady I call Kala, Just like Yuonne she said my PA insurance is expire and got to renew, she said if you don pay next year you had to pay double. I told them I don want to renew my PA , You know the funniest thing if  you don t pay you cannot cancer you policy. Is there such thing for all Insurance if you don pay the Policy will just lapped. Them she said you can pay  by installment. I was stupid enough to be con and paid Rm 110. into their account . Any one out there please beware of this company con tactic.  So my 110 is burnt consider donation to the death.

Still active till today, received call from 0183540887, saying the same things, ask for credit card info.

怪自己没把事情放在心上，上一年被叫申请一张celebrity的卡，RM480， 今年被说保险要放受益人的名字，我还跟他说我并没有帮他们买保险，有的话我肯定知道。。那名叫KALA的女人跟我说，如果没有的话我们公司是不会call你的，然后我要求她给我我的全名字和我credit card的号码，他竟然可以准确讲出。。结果RM480再次飞走。。今天上网一看，原来那么多人中招，所以现在是什么都不能做，只能cancell credit card对吧？

Kit, i just kena. I quickly called credit card center and they said cannot cancel transaction.

i was so stupid, paid them 2 year aleady.last year charge me teo time saying that it was for my mother.
today same time happen.lucky saw the message here.what we can do to report this kind of company or calls

i just received the message from them saying i did pay today( i dint pay ).but it was after i called to UOB bank to cancel my card.It look like they have someone inside the call centre.

Call me again by today 04/09/2017,told me that policy cancallation need to pay rm660. fxxker!!
i told her i wont make any payment for her company..do what tou wana do, then hang up her call..credit card aldy cancelled. settle!

How to dispute it? i just call to cancel my card.

May I know how to do cancellation of beyond pavilion membership once thier still calling me about the PA renew.

我记得第一次是讲 company name: New Venus Travel 的，我中过 3次 RM330 了 (我也太笨了 x3)，过后我就 cancel 卡了。

今天收到说来自 Beyond Pavilion Kuala Lumpur，说一定要 renew insurance，不然明年会被 charge RM660 (我的卡已经 cancel 了)，我敷衍她过后就挂电话啦。之前 Venus 的号码我都有 save 下来，因为如果看到是 Venus 的话我就不接，哪知一会儿，果真是 Venus 3 打来… (应该是charge 不到卡)…

i just receive call from the Beyong Pavilion and ask me to pay RM330, if not then can't cancel the insurance. And aslo told me that, i have may a bank in to their account for RM330 on 2016. Then i request them to proof me when i have agree and sign on the paper to buy the insurance? Another funny thing is, when i receive their call on 2015 and i stupid to give them my credit card number, and suddenly receive msg from the credit card say that i have make a payment RM440 to Beyong pavilion company. I directly call the credit card company and inform them to cancel the transaction, and cancel my credit card due to my credit card may kena other ppl used. And the credit card company agree of it and help me to cancel transaction and also replace with new card.

Last year one of the staff said will cancel my policy.  Then she confirm tat already cancel.  But now, they keep calling me for renewal fee. They said have to pay them, then will cancel my policy. What should i do?  Pay them so tat they can stop calling me???

Same incident had been conned rm550 by Beyond Pavilion. As first said is was free, 2nd call to verify the details &  said will charge rm550 to my uob card. And the caller can clearly speaked the credit card numbers correctly & expiry date. Yesterday received a call from 018-2120311, said bout RHB general insurance & I haven't response their agreement for 3 months which I never received any letter from them. And then, asked me to transfer rm480 to their MayBank account 603 2180 3000 (New Venus Travel). Weirdly, at first said called from RHB Insurance but after that was from New Venus Travel. So beware people. Not sure why police won't take any action.
